{"id":93344,"date":"2021-02-23T00:18:17","date_gmt":"2021-02-23T05:18:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=93344"},"modified":"2021-02-23T00:18:17","modified_gmt":"2021-02-23T05:18:17","slug":"elecciones-2021-anulan-resolucion-que-excluye-a-forsyth-de-comicios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2021\/02\/23\/elecciones-2021-anulan-resolucion-que-excluye-a-forsyth-de-comicios\/","title":{"rendered":"Elecciones 2021: anulan resoluci\u00f3n que excluye a Forsyth de comicios"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">JNE pide al Jurado Electoral Especial que emita un nuevo pronunciamiento<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 22 de Febrero 2021, (ANDINA).<\/strong>&#8211; El Jurado Nacional de Elecciones (JNE) declar\u00f3 nula la resoluci\u00f3n del Jurado Electoral Especial (JEE) Lima Centro 1 que resolvi\u00f3 excluir al candidato presidencial de Victoria Nacional( VN), George Forsyth Sommer, del proceso electoral.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La decisi\u00f3n del \u00f3rgano electoral se dio a conocer mediante un documento de la Secretar\u00eda General de la entidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La determinaci\u00f3n del Pleno del JNE no declara que el l\u00edder de Victoria Nacional contin\u00faa en carrera electoral, sino que devuelve la resoluci\u00f3n y pide al JEE Lima Centro 1, que realice precisiones al contenido y emita un nuevo pronunciamiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ante esta situaci\u00f3n el JEE tiene plazo hasta el 25 de febrero para emitir un nuevo pronunciamiento para ser visto nuevamente en el Pleno del Supremo Tribunal Electoral.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El pasado 10 de febrero, el Jurado Electoral Especial (JEE) Lima Centro 1 resolvi\u00f3 excluir de la contienda electoral a George Forsyth, mediante la Resoluci\u00f3n 00520-2021-JEE-LIC1\/JNE por no declarar ingresos por diversas empresas en el rubro de Bienes y Rentas de la Declaraci\u00f3n Jurada.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>JNE pide al Jurado Electoral Especial que emita un nuevo pronunciamiento Lima, 22 de Febrero 2021, (ANDINA).&#8211; El Jurado Nacional de Elecciones (JNE) declar\u00f3 nula la resoluci\u00f3n del Jurado Electoral Especial (JEE) Lima Centro 1 que resolvi\u00f3 excluir al candidato presidencial de Victoria Nacional( VN), George Forsyth Sommer, del proceso electoral.
