{"id":86836,"date":"2020-11-18T17:29:04","date_gmt":"2020-11-18T22:29:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=86836"},"modified":"2020-11-18T17:29:04","modified_gmt":"2020-11-18T22:29:04","slug":"sala-rechaza-excluir-a-fuerza-popular-de-investigacion-por-lavado-de-activos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2020\/11\/18\/sala-rechaza-excluir-a-fuerza-popular-de-investigacion-por-lavado-de-activos\/","title":{"rendered":"Sala rechaza excluir a Fuerza Popular de investigaci\u00f3n por lavado de activos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 18 Noviembre 2020, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> La Sala Penal Permanente de la Corte Suprema declar\u00f3 inadmisible el recurso de casaci\u00f3n presentado por Fuerza Popular (antes Fuerza 2011) para ser excluido de la investigaci\u00f3n por delito de lavado de activos en agravio del Estado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Con dicha decisi\u00f3n, Fuerza Popular seguir\u00e1 siendo investigado en el marco del caso Odebrecht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La referida agrupaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica present\u00f3 el recurso de casaci\u00f3n el 21 de noviembre del 2019 ante la Segunda Sala de Apelaciones contra el Crimen Organizado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dicha instancia admiti\u00f3 el pedido, el cual fue remitido a la Corte Suprema a mediados del 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fuerza Popular hab\u00eda acusado falta de motivaci\u00f3n en la resoluci\u00f3n del juez V\u00edctor Z\u00fa\u00f1iga, que lo incorpor\u00f3 al caso Odebrecht como investigado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De acuerdo con la tesis fiscal, el partido encabezado por Keiko Fujimori habr\u00eda lavado dinero de Odebrecht con ayuda de falsos aportantes.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lima, 18 Noviembre 2020, (ANDINA).- La Sala Penal Permanente de la Corte Suprema declar\u00f3 inadmisible el recurso de casaci\u00f3n presentado por Fuerza Popular (antes Fuerza 2011) para ser excluido de la investigaci\u00f3n por delito de lavado de activos en agravio del Estado.
