{"id":85527,"date":"2020-10-29T23:51:33","date_gmt":"2020-10-30T04:51:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=85527"},"modified":"2020-10-29T23:51:33","modified_gmt":"2020-10-30T04:51:33","slug":"ministra-de-justicia-gobierno-respeta-autonomia-de-procuradores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2020\/10\/29\/ministra-de-justicia-gobierno-respeta-autonomia-de-procuradores\/","title":{"rendered":"Ministra de Justicia: Gobierno respeta autonom\u00eda de procuradores"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 29 Octubre 2020, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> La ministra de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Ana Neyra, ratific\u00f3 que el Gobierno es absolutamente respetuoso de la autonom\u00eda de los procuradores anticorrupci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Al ser consultada por la renuncia del procurador anticorrupci\u00f3n, Amado Enco, la ministra descart\u00f3 que el Poder Ejecutivo haya intentado afectar su trabajo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cEl Gobierno y todos los ministros en general somos absolutamente respetuosos de la autonom\u00eda de los procuradores. Hemos respetado el trabajo del procurador Enco y en ning\u00fan momento se le coartado alguna investigaci\u00f3n (\u2026)\u201d, declar\u00f3 en Canal N.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La ministra dijo esperar que el procurador Amado Enco precise los motivos que lo llevaron a tomar esa decisi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Remarc\u00f3 que el Gobierno est\u00e1 abierto a todas las investigaciones y siempre se han dado las facilidades a los procuradores para que ejerzan su cargo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En otro momento, la ministra de Justicia formul\u00f3 votos para que el Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica desista de someter a debate la moci\u00f3n de vacancia presidencial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cQuisiera creer que el Congreso va actuar en forma responsable y va descartar ese tema y darse cuente que hay que pasar este tema y seguir trabajando por el pa\u00eds, m\u00e1s en un contexto que tratamos de superar la pandemia y crisis econ\u00f3mica.
