{"id":79280,"date":"2020-08-06T18:10:54","date_gmt":"2020-08-06T23:10:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=79280"},"modified":"2020-08-06T18:10:54","modified_gmt":"2020-08-06T23:10:54","slug":"nadine-heredia-pj-emitira-este-viernes-resolucion-sobre-prision-preventiva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2020\/08\/06\/nadine-heredia-pj-emitira-este-viernes-resolucion-sobre-prision-preventiva\/","title":{"rendered":"Nadine Heredia: PJ emitir\u00e1 este viernes resoluci\u00f3n sobre prisi\u00f3n preventiva"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por caso Gasoducto del Sur<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 06 Agosto, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> El juez Juan Carlos S\u00e1nchez Balbuena anunci\u00f3 que este viernes, a las 10.00 horas, emitir\u00e1 resoluci\u00f3n sobre el pedido de prisi\u00f3n preventiva para la exprimera dama, Nadine Heredia y el exministro Luis Miguel Castilla por el caso Gasoducto del Sur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La fiscal del Equipo Especial Lava Jato, Geovanna Mori, sustent\u00f3 esta tarde el pedido de 36 meses de prisi\u00f3n preventiva para Heredia Alarc\u00f3n, as\u00ed como para el exministro Castilla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En el caso del exministro Eleodoro Mayorga, la fiscal solicit\u00f3 se le pueda imponer la medida de arresto domiciliario por encontrarse de la poblaci\u00f3n vulnerable en raz\u00f3n de su edad (72 a\u00f1os).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La fiscal\u00eda sostiene que existi\u00f3 una organizaci\u00f3n criminal enquistada en el gobierno de Ollanta Humala que tuvo como finalidad favorecer al consorcio compuesto por Odebrecht, Enag\u00e1s y Gra\u00f1a y Montero para quedarse con el millonario proyecto gas\u00edfero.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A la exprimera dama se le imputa haber liderado dicha organizaci\u00f3n junto a su c\u00f3nyuge. el exmandatario Ollanta Humala Tasso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La condena que podr\u00eda recibir Heredia Alarc\u00f3n es de entre 18 a 30 a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rcel de ser hallada culpable.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"es\"><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/%C3%9Altimo?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#\u00daltimo<\/a>.
