{"id":74926,"date":"2020-06-16T23:53:36","date_gmt":"2020-06-17T04:53:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=74926"},"modified":"2020-06-16T23:53:36","modified_gmt":"2020-06-17T04:53:36","slug":"contraloria-investigara-pago-en-favor-de-excongresistas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2020\/06\/16\/contraloria-investigara-pago-en-favor-de-excongresistas\/","title":{"rendered":"Contralor\u00eda investigar\u00e1 pago en favor de excongresistas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Acresito auditores al Parlamento, anunci\u00f3 contralor Nelson Shack.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 16 Junio 2020, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> La Contralor\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica acredit\u00f3 ante el Congreso equipos auditores para iniciar una investigaci\u00f3n por el pago extraordinario en favor de los excongresistas del Parlamento disuelto, anunci\u00f3 el titular de este organismo, Nelson Shack.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sostuvo que la Contralor\u00eda busca determinar la raz\u00f3n por la cual se gener\u00f3 el acuerdo de la Mesa Directiva presidida por Pedro Olaechea para hacer una liquidaci\u00f3n en favor de los exlegisladores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cDe acuerdo legislaci\u00f3n laboral (el pago de la liquidaci\u00f3n) es autom\u00e1tica para los trabajadores y los congresistas son trabajadores, si es un aguilando por navidad trunco no debi\u00f3 ser aplicado como acuerdo\u201d, apunt\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sostuvo que una vez que se inicien las investigaciones, se espera tener resultados a mediados del mes de julio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Los auditores acreditados por la Contralor\u00eda, seg\u00fan refiri\u00f3, recoger\u00e1n informaci\u00f3n de naturaleza administrativa para la cual esperan tener el apoyo de la actual administraci\u00f3n del Congreso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cLo importante es ver si se trata de un beneficio laboral, para implementarlo no se necesita acuerdo, de eso se trata la investigaci\u00f3n en la parte legal\u201d indic\u00f3 en Canal N.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Asever\u00f3 que si se determinara que el pago fue irregular, en un control posterior se identificar\u00e1n las responsabilidades administrativas y civiles. Corresponder\u00e1 al Congreso establecer las sanciones, dado que la Contralor\u00eda no tiene facultad sancionadora.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El Congreso indic\u00f3 que el acuerdo para el pago extraordinario a los exparlamentario fue tomado por la Comisi\u00f3n de Constituci\u00f3n presidida por Pedro Olaechea.
