{"id":72848,"date":"2020-05-30T00:10:51","date_gmt":"2020-05-30T05:10:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=72848"},"modified":"2020-05-30T00:10:51","modified_gmt":"2020-05-30T05:10:51","slug":"pj-evaluara-el-proximo-jueves-apelacion-contra-arresto-domiciliario-de-jose-miguel-castro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2020\/05\/30\/pj-evaluara-el-proximo-jueves-apelacion-contra-arresto-domiciliario-de-jose-miguel-castro\/","title":{"rendered":"PJ evaluar\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo jueves apelaci\u00f3n contra arresto domiciliario de Jos\u00e9 Miguel Castro"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La Primera Sala Penal evaluar\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo jueves 4 de junio la apelaci\u00f3n fiscal contra el arresto domiciliario otorgado a Jos\u00e9 Miguel Castro.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 29 Mayo 2020, (ANDINA).<\/strong>&#8211; La Primera Sala Penal de Apelaciones Nacional Permanente Especializada en Delitos de Corrupci\u00f3n de Funcionarios evaluar\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo jueves 4 de junio la apelaci\u00f3n fiscal contra el arresto domiciliario otorgado al exgerente de la Municipalidad de Lima, Jos\u00e9 Miguel Castro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La audiencia de apelaci\u00f3n se iniciar\u00e1 a las 10:00 horas y se realizar\u00e1 de forma virtual mediante la plataforma Google Hangouts Meet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Para la sesi\u00f3n se ha requerido la participaci\u00f3n del imputado Jos\u00e9 Miguel, su abogado defensor y el representante del Ministerio P\u00fablico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El pasado 16 de mayo, el juez Jorge Ch\u00e1vez Tamariz, del Tercer Juzgado de Investigaci\u00f3n Preparatoria Nacional, sustituy\u00f3 la prisi\u00f3n preventiva de 24 meses que exfuncionario cumpl\u00eda desde el 29 de mayo del 2019 por detenci\u00f3n domiciliaria por 12 meses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Castro es investigado por la presunta comisi\u00f3n de los delitos de asociaci\u00f3n il\u00edcita, cohecho pasivo propio y lavado de activos en agravio del Estado peruano.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Al exfuncionario se le imputa ser parte de una organizaci\u00f3n criminal liderada por la exalcaldesa Susana Villar\u00e1n, que habr\u00eda recibido aportes de las empresas brasile\u00f1as Odebrecht y OAS.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Primera Sala Penal evaluar\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo jueves 4 de junio la apelaci\u00f3n fiscal contra el arresto domiciliario otorgado a Jos\u00e9 Miguel Castro.
