{"id":70639,"date":"2020-05-06T21:16:43","date_gmt":"2020-05-07T02:16:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=70639"},"modified":"2020-05-06T21:16:43","modified_gmt":"2020-05-07T02:16:43","slug":"poder-judicial-dicta-cese-de-prision-preventiva-de-jaime-yoshiyama","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2020\/05\/06\/poder-judicial-dicta-cese-de-prision-preventiva-de-jaime-yoshiyama\/","title":{"rendered":"Poder Judicial dicta cese de prisi\u00f3n preventiva de Jaime Yoshiyama"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El Poder Judicial resolvi\u00f3 variar la prisi\u00f3n preventiva del ex secretario general de Fuerza Popular, Jaime Yoshiyama, por detenci\u00f3n domiciliaria.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 06 Mayo 2020, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> El Poder Judicial resolvi\u00f3 variar la prisi\u00f3n preventiva del ex secretario general de Fuerza Popular, Jaime Yoshiyama, por detenci\u00f3n domiciliaria, en el marco de la investigaci\u00f3n que se le sigue por lavado de activos vinculado al caso Odebrecht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La medida fue dictada por el juez V\u00edctor Z\u00fa\u00f1iga Urday, titular del Cuarto Juzgado de Investigaci\u00f3n Preparatoria Nacional Especializado en Crimen Organizado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En su resoluci\u00f3n, el juez explic\u00f3 que, por un principio de legalidad, el pedido de la defensa t\u00e9cnica de Yoshiyama para cesar dicha prisi\u00f3n preventiva, no corresponde.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sin embargo, el pedido ser\u00e1 estimado de oficio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Esta detenci\u00f3n domiciliaria ser\u00e1 cumplida hasta el 9 de setiembre de 2020 y, para ser efectiva, el ex asesor de Fuerza Popular deber\u00e1 pagar una cauci\u00f3n de 70,000 soles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Yoshiyama deber\u00e1 seguir reglas de conducta como la prohibici\u00f3n de comunicarse con coimputados, efectuar declaraciones sobre el caso a medios de prensa y no realizar reuniones sociales en el inmueble cumplir\u00e1 la detenci\u00f3n domiciliaria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Durante la audiencia virtual, el abogado de Yoshiyama, Humberto Abanto, present\u00f3 un informe m\u00e9dico indicando que su patrocinado padece diabetes, hipertensi\u00f3n arterial, herpes ocular y tiene antecedente de c\u00e1ncer.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Poder Judicial resolvi\u00f3 variar la prisi\u00f3n preventiva del ex secretario general de Fuerza Popular, Jaime Yoshiyama, por detenci\u00f3n domiciliaria.
