Vito Villanella se declar\u00f3 el huelga de hambre el 13 de noviembre, medida que prometi\u00f3 cumplir hasta la liberaci\u00f3n de su c\u00f3nyuge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Como se recuerda, el 4 de julio, Sachi Fujimori present\u00f3 un habeas corpus ante el TC a favor de su hermana, el cual fue declarado fundado, por mayor\u00eda, el pasado lunes 25 de noviembre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Los magistrados que votaron a favor del recurso para excarcelar a Fujimori Higuchi fueron Ernesto Blume (ponente), Jos\u00e9 Luis Sard\u00f3n, Augusto Ferrero y Carlos Ramos. En tanto, Eloy Espinosa-Salda\u00f1a, Manuel Miranda y Marianella Ledesma lo hicieron en contra.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Keiko Fujimori es investigada por presuntamente haber recibido aportes il\u00edcitos para financiar las campa\u00f1as electorales de Fuerza 2011 y Fuerza Popular.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En primera instancia, el Poder Judicial dict\u00f3 una orden de prisi\u00f3n preventiva de 36 meses en su contra, pero luego la Corte Suprema redujo la medida a 18 meses, plazo que se iba a cumplir en abril del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La lideresa de Fuerza Popular, Keiko Fujimori, abandon\u00f3 el penal Anexo Mujeres de Chorrillos en cumplimiento de la sentencia del Tribunal Constitucional (TC).
