{"id":60480,"date":"2019-11-18T23:39:46","date_gmt":"2019-11-19T04:39:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=60480"},"modified":"2019-11-19T00:29:27","modified_gmt":"2019-11-19T05:29:27","slug":"poder-judicial-dispone-impedimento-de-salida-del-pais-contra-fiscal-tomas-galvez","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2019\/11\/18\/poder-judicial-dispone-impedimento-de-salida-del-pais-contra-fiscal-tomas-galvez\/","title":{"rendered":"Poder Judicial dispone impedimento de salida del pa\u00eds contra fiscal Tom\u00e1s G\u00e1lvez"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El Juzgado Supremo de Investigaci\u00f3n Preparatoria impuso impedimento de salida del pa\u00eds por ocho meses contra el fiscal supremo Tom\u00e1s G\u00e1lvez Villegas.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 18 Noviembre 2019, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> El Juzgado Supremo de Investigaci\u00f3n Preparatoria impuso impedimento de salida del pa\u00eds por ocho meses contra el fiscal supremo Tom\u00e1s G\u00e1lvez Villegas, investigado por tr\u00e1fico de influencias, cohecho, patrocinio ilegal y organizaci\u00f3n criminal en agravio del Estado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El juez supremo Hugo Nu\u00f1ez Julca dict\u00f3 la medida coercitiva a fin de garantizar la presencia de G\u00e1lvez Villegas en territorio nacional mientras se desarrolla la investigaci\u00f3n preliminar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El magistrado ofici\u00f3 al jefe de la Divisi\u00f3n de la Polic\u00eda Judicial y a la Superintendencia Nacional de Migraciones para el registro de la medida y conocimiento de las unidades policiales a nivel nacional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En la investigaci\u00f3n seguida contra Tom\u00e1s G\u00e1lvez Villegas est\u00e1 incluido el exjuez C\u00e9sar Hinostroza Pariachi por los presuntos delitos de patrocinio ilegal y tr\u00e1fico de influencias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tambi\u00e9n el exmiembro del Consejo Nacional de la Magistratura, Orlando Vel\u00e1squez Benites por los presuntos delitos de cohecho pasivo espec\u00edfico, tr\u00e1fico de influencias agravado y patrocinio ilegal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">G\u00e1lvez Villegas actualmente integra la Junta Nacional de Fiscales Supremos del Ministerio P\u00fablico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Cuellos Blancos: Dictan impedimento de salida a Tom\u00e1s G\u00e1lvez\" width=\"615\" height=\"346\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/_ERgEdvxn5A?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Juzgado Supremo de Investigaci\u00f3n Preparatoria impuso impedimento de salida del pa\u00eds por ocho meses contra el fiscal supremo Tom\u00e1s G\u00e1lvez Villegas.
