{"id":59719,"date":"2019-11-02T03:21:03","date_gmt":"2019-11-02T08:21:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=59719"},"modified":"2019-11-02T03:21:03","modified_gmt":"2019-11-02T08:21:03","slug":"caso-odebrecht-pj-se-pronuncia-este-lunes-sobre-prision-preventiva-contra-16-arbitros","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2019\/11\/02\/caso-odebrecht-pj-se-pronuncia-este-lunes-sobre-prision-preventiva-contra-16-arbitros\/","title":{"rendered":"Caso Odebrecht: PJ se pronuncia este lunes sobre prisi\u00f3n preventiva contra 16 \u00e1rbitros"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El Tercer Juzgado de Investigaci\u00f3n Preparatoria emitir\u00e1 este lunes su decisi\u00f3n sobre el pedido fiscal de prisi\u00f3n preventiva contra 16 abogados que habr\u00edan favorecido a Odebrecht.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 01 Noviembre 2019, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> El Tercer Juzgado de Investigaci\u00f3n Preparatoria Nacional emitir\u00e1 este lunes su decisi\u00f3n sobre el pedido fiscal de prisi\u00f3n preventiva contra 16 abogados que habr\u00edan favorecido a Odebrecht con laudos arbitrales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">As\u00ed lo inform\u00f3 el titular de la sala, el juez Jorge Ch\u00e1vez Tamariz, tras cuatro d\u00edas de audiencias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Las audiencias se iniciaron el pasado 29 de octubre y all\u00ed se evalu\u00f3 la situaci\u00f3n legal de Randol Campos Flores, Luis Pardo Narv\u00e1ez, Richard Mart\u00edn Tirado y Weyden Garc\u00eda Rojas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seguidamente, el mi\u00e9rcoles 30 de octubre se hizo lo propio con los \u00e1rbitros Fernando Pebe Romero, Emilio Cassina Rivas, Humberto Abanto Ver\u00e1stegui y Alejandro \u00c1lvarez Pedroza.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El pasado jueves 31 de octubre se prosigui\u00f3 con los procesados Ramiro Rivera Reyes, Franz Kundmuller Caminiti, Fernando Cantuarias Salaverry, Mario Castillo Freyre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Finalmente se culmin\u00f3 con Marcos Espinoza Rimache, Alfredo Zapata Velasco, Emilio Cassina Ram\u00f3n y Daniel Linares Prado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De acuerdo con la tesis fiscal, los abogados que actuaron como \u00e1rbitros habr\u00edan recibido pago de sobornos conocidos como \u201cbonos de \u00e9xito\u201d para fallar a favor de Odebrecht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00abLa misma empresa admiti\u00f3 culpabilidad en los casos de arbitrajes, existen m\u00e1s que elementos suficientes que acreditan sobornos para los \u00e1rbitros a efectos de que laudaran a favor de Odebrecht\u201d, sostuvo el fiscal del equipo Lava Jato Germ\u00e1n Ju\u00e1rez Atoche.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Tercer Juzgado de Investigaci\u00f3n Preparatoria emitir\u00e1 este lunes su decisi\u00f3n sobre el pedido fiscal de prisi\u00f3n preventiva contra 16 abogados que habr\u00edan favorecido a Odebrecht.
