{"id":57570,"date":"2019-09-24T23:11:29","date_gmt":"2019-09-25T04:11:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=57570"},"modified":"2019-09-25T00:03:20","modified_gmt":"2019-09-25T05:03:20","slug":"keiko-fujimori-tc-asegura-que-analizara-su-caso-objetivamente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2019\/09\/24\/keiko-fujimori-tc-asegura-que-analizara-su-caso-objetivamente\/","title":{"rendered":"Keiko Fujimori: TC asegura que analizar\u00e1 su caso objetivamente"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El presidente del TC, Ernesto Blume, asegur\u00f3 que el habeas corpus de Keiko Fujimori ser\u00e1 analizado objetivamente.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 24 Septiembre 2019, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> El presidente del Tribunal Constitucional (TC), Ernesto Blume, asegur\u00f3 que el habeas corpus que plantea la anulaci\u00f3n de la prisi\u00f3n preventiva de Keiko Fujimori ser\u00e1 analizado objetivamente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cPuedo garantizar que en el caso espec\u00edfico de la se\u00f1ora Keiko Fujimori y en todos los casos que se presentan ante el tribunal, nosotros analizamos objetivamente la situaci\u00f3n f\u00e1ctica, los hechos que se presentan\u201d, asever\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3, luego de ello confrontan los hechos con la regulaci\u00f3n constitucional y supranacional y legal, a fin de determinar si hubo o no afectaci\u00f3n a un derecho constitucional, que puede darse v\u00eda amenaza o violaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En conferencia de prensa, ratific\u00f3 que la audiencia en la que se ver\u00e1 el habeas corpus de Keiko Fujimori ser\u00e1 visto ma\u00f1ana mi\u00e9rcoles, luego de desestimarse la postergaci\u00f3n planteada por el magistrado Jos\u00e9 Luis Sard\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cinco magistrados votaron por seguir viendo el caso, frente al voto contrario de Sard\u00f3n y la abstenci\u00f3n de Augusto Ferrero Costa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Asimismo, Blume asegur\u00f3 que el TC es un tribunal que \u201cno se deja presionar por ning\u00fan frente ni por ning\u00fan lado\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cSomos un tribunal aut\u00f3nomo, independiente y una instituci\u00f3n democr\u00e1tica\u201d, remarc\u00f3 tras referir que el pa\u00eds puede tener tranquilidad en torno al actuar del TC.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cVamos a continuar esa l\u00ednea aut\u00f3noma e independiente y resolveremos de acuerdo a una decisi\u00f3n mayoritaria en uno u otro sentido\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Keiko Fujimori: titular del TC dice que se tratar\u00e1 de resolver\u00e1 caso en el m\u00e1s breve plazo posible\" width=\"615\" height=\"346\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/M_CqI6Uckj4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El presidente del TC, Ernesto Blume, asegur\u00f3 que el habeas corpus de Keiko Fujimori ser\u00e1 analizado objetivamente.
