{"id":55278,"date":"2019-08-15T23:57:23","date_gmt":"2019-08-16T04:57:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=55278"},"modified":"2019-08-15T23:57:23","modified_gmt":"2019-08-16T04:57:23","slug":"pj-programa-audiencia-de-presentacion-de-cargos-contra-fiscal-chavarry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2019\/08\/15\/pj-programa-audiencia-de-presentacion-de-cargos-contra-fiscal-chavarry\/","title":{"rendered":"PJ programa audiencia de presentaci\u00f3n de cargos contra fiscal Ch\u00e1varry"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El Juzgado Supremo de Investigaci\u00f3n Preparatoria program\u00f3 para el mi\u00e9rcoles 21 de agosto, a las 09:00 horas, la audiencia de presentaci\u00f3n de cargos contra el fiscal supremo Pedro Ch\u00e1varry.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 15 Agosto 2019, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> El Juzgado Supremo de Investigaci\u00f3n Preparatoria program\u00f3 para el mi\u00e9rcoles 21 de agosto, a las 09:00 horas, la audiencia de presentaci\u00f3n de cargos ante la denuncia contra el fiscal supremo Pedro Ch\u00e1varry por la presunta comisi\u00f3n del delito de encubrimiento real.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Al exfiscal de la Naci\u00f3n se le acusa de encubrimiento real por haber removido en diciembre pasado a los fiscales Rafael Vela y Jos\u00e9 Domingo P\u00e9rez del equipo especial Lava Jato.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En julio pasado, el pleno del Congreso aprob\u00f3 acusar constitucionalmente a Ch\u00e1varry, quien como fiscal supremo goza del privilegio constitucional del antejuicio, que impide que altos funcionarios sean procesados penalmente sin permiso del Congreso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El delito de encubrimiento real contempla una pena privativa de la libertad no menor de dos ni mayor de cuatro a\u00f1os, seg\u00fan el art\u00edculo 405 del C\u00f3digo Penal (CP), que tipifica esta falta delictiva.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Juzgado Supremo de Investigaci\u00f3n Preparatoria program\u00f3 para el mi\u00e9rcoles 21 de agosto, a las 09:00 horas, la audiencia de presentaci\u00f3n de cargos contra el fiscal supremo Pedro Ch\u00e1varry.
