{"id":53649,"date":"2019-07-24T00:41:45","date_gmt":"2019-07-24T05:41:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=53649"},"modified":"2019-07-24T00:41:45","modified_gmt":"2019-07-24T05:41:45","slug":"pedro-chavarry-pide-por-tercera-vez-consecutiva-se-aplace-citacion-al-congreso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2019\/07\/24\/pedro-chavarry-pide-por-tercera-vez-consecutiva-se-aplace-citacion-al-congreso\/","title":{"rendered":"Pedro Ch\u00e1varry pide por tercera vez consecutiva se aplace citaci\u00f3n al Congreso"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El exfiscal de la Naci\u00f3n, Pedro Ch\u00e1varry, pidi\u00f3, por tercera vez consecutiva, la reprogramaci\u00f3n de su citaci\u00f3n al Pleno del Congreso para brindar sus descargo.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 23 Julio 2019, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> El exfiscal de la Naci\u00f3n, Pedro Ch\u00e1varry, pidi\u00f3, por tercera vez consecutiva, la reprogramaci\u00f3n de su citaci\u00f3n al Pleno del Congreso para brindar sus descargos en torno a la denuncia constitucional en su contra por la remoci\u00f3n de los fiscales del Equipo Especial Lava Jato, en diciembre pr\u00f3ximo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mediante oficio enviado al presidente del Congreso, Daniel Salaverry, el fiscal supremo justific\u00f3 su inasistencia por persistir por problemas de salud y por estar fuera del pa\u00eds su abogado defensor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ante esa \u00faltima situaci\u00f3n, se\u00f1ala Ch\u00e1varry en su carta, design\u00f3 a otro abogado defensor, el cual, seg\u00fan dijo \u201cdeber\u00e1 contar con el tiempo prudencial para que tome conocimiento de los cargos que sustancian la acusaci\u00f3n constitucional en mi contra\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En ese sentido, Ch\u00e1varry solicita un \u201ctiempo prudencial\u201d para que se prepare su defensa. El documento est\u00e1 refrendado tambi\u00e9n por el abogado Carlos Mes\u00eda, ex miembro del Tribunal Constitucional (TC).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ch\u00e1varry hab\u00eda sido citado inicialmente para el pasado 11 de julio, pero pidi\u00f3 una reprogramaci\u00f3n aduciendo motivos de salud. Luego, se le convoc\u00f3 para el lunes 22, pero present\u00f3 otro certificado de descanso m\u00e9dico para justificar su inasistencia.
