{"id":51626,"date":"2019-06-22T17:34:12","date_gmt":"2019-06-22T22:34:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=51626"},"modified":"2019-06-22T17:34:12","modified_gmt":"2019-06-22T22:34:12","slug":"fiscal-perez-solicito-incautacion-del-telefono-celular-de-alan-garcia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2019\/06\/22\/fiscal-perez-solicito-incautacion-del-telefono-celular-de-alan-garcia\/","title":{"rendered":"Fiscal P\u00e9rez solicit\u00f3 incautaci\u00f3n del tel\u00e9fono celular de Alan Garc\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El fiscal Jos\u00e9 Domingo P\u00e9rez solicit\u00f3 al Poder Judicial la incautaci\u00f3n del tel\u00e9fono celular que usaba el expresidente Alan Garc\u00eda P\u00e9rez.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 21 Junio 2019, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> El fiscal Jos\u00e9 Domingo P\u00e9rez solicit\u00f3 al Poder Judicial la incautaci\u00f3n del tel\u00e9fono celular que usaba el expresidente Alan Garc\u00eda P\u00e9rez.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La solicitud fue remitida al Segundo Juzgado de Investigaci\u00f3n Preparatoria el \u00faltimo mi\u00e9rcoles 19 de junio, seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 el diario El Comercio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De acuerdo al fiscal P\u00e9rez, la importancia de contar con el dispositivo m\u00f3vil radica en que permitir\u00eda complementar y registrar informaci\u00f3n para el caso Metro de Lima, en el cual se investiga el presunto pago de sobornos a Garc\u00eda P\u00e9rez por parte de la empresa Odebrecht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La acci\u00f3n penal contra Garc\u00eda se extingui\u00f3 con su muerte, pero las investigaciones contra otros implicados por el mismo caso contin\u00faan, raz\u00f3n por la cual la fiscal\u00eda considera necesario asegurar todos los medios probatorios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De acuerdo a El Comercio, Alan Garc\u00eda Nores, hijo del expresidente, tambi\u00e9n ha solicitado la devoluci\u00f3n del tel\u00e9fono celular de su padre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El dispositivo telef\u00f3nico est\u00e1 actualmente en propiedad de la Segunda Fiscal\u00eda Provincial Penal de Miraflores desde el pasado 17 de abril, fecha en que el exgobernante se suicid\u00f3 en su vivienda cuando estaba a punto de ser detenido por la Polic\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El fiscal Jos\u00e9 Domingo P\u00e9rez solicit\u00f3 al Poder Judicial la incautaci\u00f3n del tel\u00e9fono celular que usaba el expresidente Alan Garc\u00eda P\u00e9rez.
