{"id":50742,"date":"2019-06-06T23:54:28","date_gmt":"2019-06-07T04:54:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=50742"},"modified":"2019-06-06T23:54:28","modified_gmt":"2019-06-07T04:54:28","slug":"daniel-salaverry-pide-investigacion-imparcial-y-sin-venganzas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2019\/06\/06\/daniel-salaverry-pide-investigacion-imparcial-y-sin-venganzas\/","title":{"rendered":"Daniel Salaverry pide investigaci\u00f3n imparcial y sin venganzas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El presidente del Congreso, Daniel Salaverry, pidi\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n imparcial y sin ning\u00fan tipo de venganzas pol\u00edticas.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 06 Junio 2019, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> El presidente del Congreso, Daniel Salaverry, pidi\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n imparcial y sin ning\u00fan tipo de venganzas pol\u00edticas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En ese sentido, descart\u00f3 que la acci\u00f3n de amparo presentada ante la Corte Superior de Justicia de La Libertad haya sido para evitar alg\u00fan tipo de investigaci\u00f3n en su contra por presuntamente haber falseado informes sobre su participaci\u00f3n en la semana de representaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00abQuiero una investigaci\u00f3n con debido proceso y derecho a la defensa que me digan delitos y que quienes tomen decisi\u00f3n no tengan ning\u00fan tipo de objetivo de venganza pol\u00edtica, es lo \u00fanico que pido, me sorprende escuchar a algunos congresistas que quienes ayer se mostraban como terribles defensores de la Constituci\u00f3n ahora digan que est\u00e1 mal utilizar una acci\u00f3n de amparo\u00bb, manifest\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Salaverry precis\u00f3 cualquier ciudadano de a pie lo primero que pide es alguien que sea imparcial, pero como pueden serlo los congresistas de Fuerza Popular y el Apra, quienes, seg\u00fan \u00e9l, promovieron mociones de censura en su contra.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Asimismo, el congresista se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el proceso de investigaci\u00f3n en la Comisi\u00f3n de \u00c9tica Parlamentaria estuvo viciado desde el inicio, porque nunca se le comunic\u00f3 los delitos o infracciones cometidas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00abAdem\u00e1s, el congresista Marco Miyashiro present\u00f3 la denuncia en mi contra y luego vota para que se me sancione, eso es como si un fiscal hiciera una denuncia y luego tambi\u00e9n sentencia a alguien, algo que no se puede creer\u00bb, dijo a RPP.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El parlamentario agreg\u00f3 que con este tipo de investigaciones est\u00e1n buscando un mecanismo para sacarlo de la presidencia del Parlamento Nacional, todo porque \u00abtom\u00e9 la decisi\u00f3n de jug\u00e1rmela por mi pa\u00eds, a pesar de enfrentarme a un grupo pol\u00edtico fuerte\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El presidente del Congreso, Daniel Salaverry, pidi\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n imparcial y sin ning\u00fan tipo de venganzas pol\u00edticas.
