{"id":50700,"date":"2019-06-06T20:54:14","date_gmt":"2019-06-07T01:54:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=50700"},"modified":"2019-06-06T20:54:14","modified_gmt":"2019-06-07T01:54:14","slug":"ancash-fiscalia-pide-que-menor-infractor-venezolano-retorne-a-su-pais","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2019\/06\/06\/ancash-fiscalia-pide-que-menor-infractor-venezolano-retorne-a-su-pais\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00c1ncash: Fiscal\u00eda pide que menor infractor venezolano retorne a su pa\u00eds"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La Segunda Fiscal\u00eda Provincial Civil y Familia de Nuevo Chimbote solicit\u00f3, por medio del Poder Judicial, que se ordene el retorno a Venezuela de un adolescente de 16 a\u00f1os.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Chimbote, 06 Junio 2019, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> La Segunda Fiscal\u00eda Provincial Civil y Familia de Nuevo Chimbote solicit\u00f3, por medio del Poder Judicial, que se ordene el retorno a Venezuela de un adolescente de 16 a\u00f1os por infracciones a la ley cometidas en la regi\u00f3n \u00c1ncash, donde reside.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El pedido ha sido formulado por la fiscal Carmen Gomero Paredes ante el Segundo Juzgado Mixto de Nuevo Chimbote.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La representante del Ministerio P\u00fablico solicit\u00f3 que el juzgado realice las coordinaciones con el Ministerio de la Mujer y Poblaciones Vulnerables para que, a trav\u00e9s de la Embajada de Venezuela, pueda volver a su naci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gomero indic\u00f3 que el menor se encuentra en desprotecci\u00f3n familiar al no tener a ning\u00fan pariente en Per\u00fa, adem\u00e1s de haber cometido dos infracciones a la ley y escapar del albergue San Pedrito.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Se inform\u00f3 que una de las infracciones cometidas por el adolescente venezolano se trata de lesiones en agravio de adultos y la otra por da\u00f1os materiales, ambas en discotecas de Nuevo Chimbote.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Segunda Fiscal\u00eda Provincial Civil y Familia de Nuevo Chimbote solicit\u00f3, por medio del Poder Judicial, que se ordene el retorno a Venezuela de un adolescente de 16 a\u00f1os.
