Por el contrario, el Frente Amplio, Nuevo Per\u00fa y Acci\u00f3n votaron a favor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Los representantes de Peruanos por el Kambio tuvieron diferente posici\u00f3n, ya que mientras Mois\u00e9s Gu\u00eda Pianto vot\u00f3 a favor, Mercedes Ar\u00e1oz se abstuvo, al igual que la fujimorista Leyla Chihu\u00e1n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ambas recomendaciones fueron votadas por separado, pero el parlamentario V\u00edctor Andr\u00e9s Garc\u00eda Belaunde sostuvo que no era necesario someter a consideraci\u00f3n de la comisi\u00f3n la propuesta para inhabilitar al magistrado porque se hab\u00eda rechazado previamente la destituci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cHemos votado la destituci\u00f3n y no se ha aprobado, para qu\u00e9 se va inhabilitar. Cuando una persona no est\u00e1 destituida no puede ser inhabilitada, sigue chambeando. No tiene sentido (la nueva votaci\u00f3n), que se aplique la misma para ambas cosas\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pese a la observaci\u00f3n de Garc\u00eda Belaunde, la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente continu\u00f3 el procedimiento que se hab\u00eda utilizado tambi\u00e9n en el caso de Pedro Ch\u00e1varry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La comisi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n desestim\u00f3 por mayor acusar a G\u00e1lvez Villegas por el delito de organizaci\u00f3n criminal previsto en el art\u00edculo 317 del C\u00f3digo Penal; as\u00ed como por el delito de tr\u00e1fico de influencias previsto en el art\u00edculo 400 del C\u00f3digo Penal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De la misma forma desestim\u00f3 acusarlo por el delito de omisi\u00f3n de denuncia previsto en el art\u00edculo 407 del C\u00f3digo Penal; ni por infracci\u00f3n al art\u00edculo 158 de la Constituci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El legislador Juan Sheput investig\u00f3 cinco denuncias constitucionales contra los fiscales supremos Pedro Ch\u00e1varry y Tom\u00e1s G\u00e1lvez, tras lo cual emiti\u00f3 un informe en el cual recomendaba destituir e inhabilitar a ambos magistrados.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Comisi\u00f3n Permanente del Congreso tambi\u00e9n rechaz\u00f3 suspender e inhabilitar por diez a\u00f1os al fiscal supremo Tom\u00e1s Aladino G\u00e1lvez.
