{"id":48532,"date":"2019-05-08T23:45:32","date_gmt":"2019-05-09T04:45:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=48532"},"modified":"2019-05-08T23:45:32","modified_gmt":"2019-05-09T04:45:32","slug":"moises-mamani-regresa-al-congreso-tras-suspension","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2019\/05\/08\/moises-mamani-regresa-al-congreso-tras-suspension\/","title":{"rendered":"Mois\u00e9s Mamani regresa al Congreso tras suspensi\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El congresista de Fuerza Popular (FP), Mois\u00e9s Mamani, se reincorpor\u00f3 a sus actividades como parlamentario participando en la sesi\u00f3n del Pleno.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 08 Mayo 2019, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> El congresista de Fuerza Popular (FP), Mois\u00e9s Mamani, se reincorpor\u00f3 a sus actividades como parlamentario participando en la sesi\u00f3n del Pleno, luego de cumplir los 120 d\u00edas de suspensi\u00f3n por haber realizado tocamientos indebidos a una aeromoza.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El legislador, que cumpli\u00f3 la suspensi\u00f3n sin goce de haber, arrib\u00f3 al Parlamento y salud\u00f3 a sus compa\u00f1eros de bancada, para luego dirigirse a conversar brevemente con el presidente del Congreso, Daniel Salaverry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mamani fue suspendido por 120 d\u00edas en base a un informe de la Comisi\u00f3n de \u00c9tica del Congreso que lo investig\u00f3 por tocamientos indebidos a una tripulante de vuelo de la empresa Latam.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Los hechos ocurrieron durante el abordaje de un vuelo de Juliaca a Lima. La tripulante de vuelo agraviada denunci\u00f3 esta conducta indebida al capit\u00e1n del avi\u00f3n, quien orden\u00f3 su retiro de la nave.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de \u00c9tica, Janet S\u00e1nchez, argument\u00f3 que el congresista de Fuerza Popular infringi\u00f3 los principios de integridad establecidos en el C\u00f3digo de \u00c9tica del Congreso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La Octava Fiscal\u00eda Provincial Penal Corporativa del Callao investiga al congresista por el delito de tocamientos indebidos, para lo cual el Congreso levant\u00f3 su inmunidad parlamentaria.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El congresista de Fuerza Popular (FP), Mois\u00e9s Mamani, se reincorpor\u00f3 a sus actividades como parlamentario participando en la sesi\u00f3n del Pleno.
