{"id":46085,"date":"2019-03-20T07:25:43","date_gmt":"2019-03-20T12:25:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=46085"},"modified":"2019-03-20T07:25:43","modified_gmt":"2019-03-20T12:25:43","slug":"ordenan-captura-de-exalcalde-de-chorrillos-augusto-miyashiro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2019\/03\/20\/ordenan-captura-de-exalcalde-de-chorrillos-augusto-miyashiro\/","title":{"rendered":"Ordenan captura de exalcalde de Chorrillos Augusto Miyashiro"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El Tercer Juzgado Penal Unipersonal de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Lima sentenci\u00f3 al exalcalde de Chorillos, Augusto Miyashiro Yamashiro a 4 a\u00f1os y 8 meses de prisi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 19 de Marzo 2019, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> El Tercer Juzgado Penal Unipersonal de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Lima sentenci\u00f3 al exalcalde de Chorillos, Augusto Miyashiro Yamashiro a 4 a\u00f1os y 8 meses de prisi\u00f3n por el delito de negociaci\u00f3n incompatible, tras lo cual se orden\u00f3 su captura inmediata.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El exburgomaestre tambi\u00e9n fue inhabilitado por 24 meses para ejercer cualquier cargo, funci\u00f3n o comisi\u00f3n en la Municipalidad de Chorrillos o cualquier instituci\u00f3n del Estado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Miyashiro Yamashiro fue sentenciado junto a Te\u00f3dulo Durand Mu\u00f1oz y Ligia Correa Villacorta, ex subgerente de Log\u00edstica y ex subgerente de Tesorer\u00eda, respectivamente, de la Municipalidad de Chorrillos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A los tres se les impuso una reparaci\u00f3n civil de S\/. 70,000.00, monto que deber\u00e1n pagar de manera solidaria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Los ex funcionarios fueron encontrados culpables del delito contra la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica en la modalidad de negociaci\u00f3n incompatible en el proceso por la compra de una excavadora hidr\u00e1ulica realizada en el a\u00f1o 2008.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Tercer Juzgado Penal Unipersonal de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Lima sentenci\u00f3 al exalcalde de Chorillos, Augusto Miyashiro Yamashiro a 4 a\u00f1os y 8 meses de prisi\u00f3n.
