{"id":45447,"date":"2019-03-08T07:10:37","date_gmt":"2019-03-08T12:10:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=45447"},"modified":"2019-03-08T07:10:37","modified_gmt":"2019-03-08T12:10:37","slug":"fiscalia-abre-investigacion-a-procurador-denunciado-por-acoso-sexual","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2019\/03\/08\/fiscalia-abre-investigacion-a-procurador-denunciado-por-acoso-sexual\/","title":{"rendered":"Fiscal\u00eda abre investigaci\u00f3n a procurador denunciado por acoso sexual"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La fiscal Katherine Borrero Soto abri\u00f3 investigaci\u00f3n preliminar al procurador Eugenio Rivera Garc\u00eda, por el presunto delito de acoso sexual.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 07 de Marzo 2019, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> La fiscal Katherine Borrero Soto, de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Violencia contra la mujer de Lima abri\u00f3 investigaci\u00f3n preliminar al procurador Eugenio Rivera Garc\u00eda, por el presunto delito de acoso sexual en agravio de una practicante de la Contralor\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Una joven que trabaja como practicante en la Contralor\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica denunci\u00f3 que fue v\u00edctima de acoso sexual por parte del procurador p\u00fablico Eugenio Rivera Garc\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mediante un comunicado, la Contralor\u00eda inform\u00f3 que se inici\u00f3 un procedimiento administrativo disciplinario.
