{"id":44152,"date":"2019-02-19T07:19:45","date_gmt":"2019-02-19T12:19:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=44152"},"modified":"2019-02-19T07:19:45","modified_gmt":"2019-02-19T12:19:45","slug":"fiscal-perez-interrogo-a-exgerente-de-carretera-interoceanica-sur","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2019\/02\/19\/fiscal-perez-interrogo-a-exgerente-de-carretera-interoceanica-sur\/","title":{"rendered":"Fiscal P\u00e9rez interrog\u00f3 a exgerente de carretera Interoce\u00e1nica Sur"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El fiscal Jos\u00e9 Domingo P\u00e9rez, finaliz\u00f3 el interrogatorio al exgerente general del tramo 3 del proyecto de la carretera Interoce\u00e1nica Sur, Luis de Castro Santos, en Curitiba.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Curitiba, 18 de Febrero 2019, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> El fiscal Jos\u00e9 Domingo P\u00e9rez, integrante del equipo especial Lava Jato, finaliz\u00f3 el interrogatorio al exgerente general del tramo 3 del proyecto de la carretera Interoce\u00e1nica Sur, Luis de Castro Santos, en Curitiba, Brasil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tras la culminaci\u00f3n del interrogatorio, el fiscal Jos\u00e9 Domingo P\u00e9rez se retir\u00f3 sin brindar alguna declaraci\u00f3n a la prensa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El testimonio de Luis de Castro Santos permitir\u00e1 conocer si hubo irregularidades en grandes obras durante los gobiernos de Alejandro Toledo (con Pedro Pablo Kuczynski como ministro) y Alan Garc\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Adem\u00e1s, el exfuncionario est\u00e1 relacionado con las investigaciones por las consultor\u00edas que dio a Odebrecht Westfield Capital Limited, la empresa de propiedad del expresidente Pedro Pablo Kuczynski para la carretera Intereoce\u00e1nica, tramo 3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Para hoy tambi\u00e9n estaba prevista la toma de declaraciones de Jos\u00e9 Am\u00e9rico Spinola, pero debido a un accidente, el testimonio tuvo que ser aplazado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El fiscal Rafael Vela se\u00f1al\u00f3 en horas de la ma\u00f1ana que est\u00e1 \u00abplenamente satisfecho\u00bb con los primeros testimonios dados hoy y destac\u00f3 que \u00abtodas las preguntas que han sido formuladas han sido respondidas con exhaustividad\u00bb por el exencargado de la Divisi\u00f3n de Operaciones Estructuradas de Odebrecht, Marcos de Queiroz Grillo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La semana pasada el equipo especial para el caso Lava Jato y Odebrecht suscribieron un acuerdo de colaboraci\u00f3n eficaz en el que dicha empresa se comprometi\u00f3 a entregar documentos \u00abvaliosos\u00bb y a pagar 610 millones de soles peruanos m\u00e1s intereses por los sobornos realizados.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El fiscal Jos\u00e9 Domingo P\u00e9rez, finaliz\u00f3 el interrogatorio al exgerente general del tramo 3 del proyecto de la carretera Interoce\u00e1nica Sur, Luis de Castro Santos, en Curitiba.
