Fue contratado sin cumplir los requisitos, lo nombraron violando las normas laborales\u00bb, declar\u00f3 a la Agencia Andina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Lescano sostuvo que en este caso se habr\u00eda incurrido no solo en una infracci\u00f3n de car\u00e1cter \u00e9tica sino tambi\u00e9n en el presunto delito de tr\u00e1fico de influencias, seg\u00fan algunos abogados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00abLo m\u00ednimo que se debe hacer es que vaya a \u00c9tica\u00bb, insisti\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El legislador afirm\u00f3 que solicitar\u00e1 a la titular de la comisi\u00f3n, Janet S\u00e1nchez, abrir una investigaci\u00f3n a Mulder a la brevedad posible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De acuerdo con un reportaje period\u00edstico de Latina, Percy Ramuchi fue recomendado por Mulder para trabajar en el Fondo Editorial del Congreso (FEC).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dicha persona gan\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 31,000 soles durante casi diez meses sin asistir un solo d\u00eda a laborar, indic\u00f3 el informe.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El congresista Yonhy Lescano, dijo que la Comisi\u00f3n de \u00c9tica debe investigar a Mauricio Mulder, por recomendar la contrataci\u00f3n de un trabajador que no acud\u00eda al Parlamento.
