No creo que tenga \u00e9xito una investigaci\u00f3n de esta naturaleza, pero da que pensar\u00bb, declar\u00f3 a la Agencia Andina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La Segunda Fiscal\u00eda Superior Especializada en Delitos de Corrupci\u00f3n de Funcionarios de Lima abri\u00f3 investigaci\u00f3n preliminar contra P\u00e9rez G\u00f3mez y Concepci\u00f3n Carhuancho por presunta comisi\u00f3n del delito de abuso de autoridad en el allanamiento a la oficina de un asesor del ex fiscal de la Naci\u00f3n Pedro Ch\u00e1varry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00abMuchos de quienes se han visto sujetos de investigaci\u00f3n hablan de allanamiento victimiz\u00e1ndose, se trata en realidad de una victimizaci\u00f3n sustentada en nada\u00bb, insisti\u00f3 Arbizu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seg\u00fan advirti\u00f3, investigar al fiscal y al juez es \u00abjugar en pared\u00bb con los que quieren salir impunes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00abDesde hace buen rato varios investigados o procesados parecen querer juntarse para representar el papel de v\u00edctimas colectivas, eso es una estrategia pero al mismo tiempo es bastante burda\u00bb, sostuvo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Para el ex procurador anticorrupci\u00f3n no tiene sentido hablar de abuso de autoridad en un allanamiento, pues se trata de una diligencia amparada en la ley y que cumple todo un procedimiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00abAdem\u00e1s, debe quedar claro que no hay intocables, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de que sean testigos, abogados de la defensa, o quienes sean, si hay indicio de que se puede encontrar evidencia en un allanamiento y hay orden judicial para ello, evidentemente se tiene que ejecutar\u00bb, enfatiz\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El ex procurador Julio Arbizu advirti\u00f3 que la investigaci\u00f3n preliminar abierta contra el fiscal P\u00e9rez y el juez Concepci\u00f3n Carhuancho implica \u00abjugar en pared\u00bb con quienes quieren impunidad.
