{"id":43432,"date":"2019-02-07T23:33:50","date_gmt":"2019-02-08T04:33:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=43432"},"modified":"2019-02-07T23:33:50","modified_gmt":"2019-02-08T04:33:50","slug":"abren-investigacion-preliminar-contra-perez-gomez-y-concepcion-carhuancho","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2019\/02\/07\/abren-investigacion-preliminar-contra-perez-gomez-y-concepcion-carhuancho\/","title":{"rendered":"Abren investigaci\u00f3n preliminar contra P\u00e9rez G\u00f3mez y Concepci\u00f3n Carhuancho"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La Segunda Fiscal\u00eda Superior abri\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n preliminar en contra del fiscal Jos\u00e9 Domingo P\u00e9rez G\u00f3mez y el juez Richard Concepci\u00f3n Carhuancho.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 07 de Febrero 2019, (ANDINA).<\/strong>&#8211; La Segunda Fiscal\u00eda Superior Especializada en Delitos de Corrupci\u00f3n de Funcionarios abri\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n preliminar en contra del fiscal Jos\u00e9 Domingo P\u00e9rez G\u00f3mez y el juez Richard Concepci\u00f3n Carhuancho, por presuntamente haber cometido el delito de abuso de autoridad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seg\u00fan la resoluci\u00f3n, dicha fiscal\u00eda dispuso que la investigaci\u00f3n tenga un plazo de 120 d\u00edas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Asimismo, refiere que la presunta comisi\u00f3n del delito de abuso de autoridad, para ambos magistrados, est\u00e1 previsto en el art\u00edculo 376 del C\u00f3digo Penal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dicho art\u00edculo se\u00f1ala que aquel funcionario p\u00fablico que, abusando de sus atribuciones, comete u ordena un acto arbitrario que cause perjuicio a alguien, ser\u00e1 reprimido con pena privativa de libertad \u201cno mayor de tres a\u00f1os\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En tal sentido, agrega la resoluci\u00f3n, se le otorgan cinco d\u00edas h\u00e1biles para que P\u00e9rez G\u00f3mez y Concepci\u00f3n Carhuancho presenten un informe de descargo respecto a la comisi\u00f3n del referido delito.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rechazo<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La resoluci\u00f3n agrega que se rechaz\u00f3 de plano la denuncia penal interpuesta por el exfiscal Pedro Ch\u00e1varry contra P\u00e9rez, por el delito de violencia contra la autoridad y prevaricato.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De igual modo, tambi\u00e9n se rechaz\u00f3 la denuncia contra Concepci\u00f3n Carhuancho por el delito de prevaricato.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Segunda Fiscal\u00eda Superior abri\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n preliminar en contra del fiscal Jos\u00e9 Domingo P\u00e9rez G\u00f3mez y el juez Richard Concepci\u00f3n Carhuancho.
