{"id":41100,"date":"2019-01-08T22:14:41","date_gmt":"2019-01-09T03:14:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=41100"},"modified":"2019-01-08T22:14:41","modified_gmt":"2019-01-09T03:14:41","slug":"zoraida-avalos-asumio-fiscalia-de-la-nacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2019\/01\/08\/zoraida-avalos-asumio-fiscalia-de-la-nacion\/","title":{"rendered":"Zoraida \u00c1valos asumi\u00f3 Fiscal\u00eda de la Naci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La magistrada suprema Zoraida \u00c1valos Rivera asumi\u00f3 interinamente el cargo de fiscal de la Naci\u00f3n en reemplazo del renunciante Pedro Ch\u00e1varry.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 08 de Enero 2019, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> La magistrada suprema Zoraida \u00c1valos Rivera asumi\u00f3 interinamente el cargo de fiscal de la Naci\u00f3n en reemplazo del renunciante Pedro Ch\u00e1varry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La informaci\u00f3n fue confirmada por el fiscal supremo Tom\u00e1s G\u00e1lvez en declaraciones a Canal N.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">G\u00e1lvez inform\u00f3 que la Junta de Fiscales Supremos acept\u00f3 de forma inmediata la renuncia de Pedro Ch\u00e1varry al cargo de fiscal de la Naci\u00f3n, y design\u00f3 a \u00c1valos en el cargo de forma interina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Precis\u00f3 que al ser el magistrado supremo m\u00e1s antiguo, le correspond\u00eda asumir el cargo de fiscal de la Naci\u00f3n a Pablo S\u00e1nchez. No obstante, \u00e9l prefiri\u00f3 declinar a favor de \u00c1valos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00abEn tal sentido, la doctora \u00c1valos asumir\u00e1 el cargo en la pr\u00f3xima Junta de Fiscales Supremos\u00bb, manifest\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seg\u00fan dijo, \u00c1valos ocupar\u00e1 el cargo de forma interina, pero teniendo en cuenta el acuerdo para que el magistrado m\u00e1s antiguo asuma esa responsabilidad y, ante la declinaci\u00f3n de Pablo S\u00e1nchez, le corresponder\u00e1 a ella ser fiscal de la Naci\u00f3n titular.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Inform\u00f3, adem\u00e1s, que el renunciante Pedro Ch\u00e1varry continuar\u00e1 como fiscal supremo y que ir\u00e1 a la Fiscal\u00eda Suprema en los Civil.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La magistrada suprema Zoraida \u00c1valos Rivera asumi\u00f3 interinamente el cargo de fiscal de la Naci\u00f3n en reemplazo del renunciante Pedro Ch\u00e1varry.
