{"id":41074,"date":"2019-01-08T21:46:10","date_gmt":"2019-01-09T02:46:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=41074"},"modified":"2019-01-08T21:46:10","modified_gmt":"2019-01-09T02:46:10","slug":"fiscal-perez-renuncia-de-pedro-chavarry-no-es-suficiente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2019\/01\/08\/fiscal-perez-renuncia-de-pedro-chavarry-no-es-suficiente\/","title":{"rendered":"Fiscal P\u00e9rez: renuncia de Pedro Ch\u00e1varry no es suficiente"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El fiscal Jos\u00e9 Domingo P\u00e9rez consider\u00f3 insuficiente la renuncia de Pedro Ch\u00e1varry\u00a0 y dijo que tambi\u00e9n debe dejar el cargo de fiscal supremo.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 08 de Enero 2019, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> El fiscal Jos\u00e9 Domingo P\u00e9rez consider\u00f3 insuficiente la renuncia de Pedro Ch\u00e1varry como titular del Ministerio P\u00fablico (MP) y dijo que tambi\u00e9n debe dejar el cargo de fiscal supremo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cCreo que no es suficiente su renuncia solo en el cargo de fiscal de la Naci\u00f3n, las evidencias est\u00e1n demostrando que es insostenible que Ch\u00e1varry se mantenga en el puesto de fiscal supremo\u00bb, declar\u00f3 en RPP.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El fiscal remarc\u00f3 que la autonom\u00eda e independencia del Ministerio P\u00fablico estaba seriamente cuestionada bajo el mandato de Pedro Ch\u00e1varry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">No obstante, advirti\u00f3 que persisten riesgos en el MP si se toma en cuenta que hay otros fiscales supremos que est\u00e1n seriamente cuestionados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En ese sentido, formul\u00f3 votos para que la fiscal Zoraida \u00c1valos sea la nueva titular del Ministerio P\u00fablico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00abCreo que es una magistrada de carrera que brinda la garant\u00eda de independencia que va respaldar el trabajo del equipo especial para el caso Lava Jato\u00bb, acot\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El fiscal Jos\u00e9 Domingo P\u00e9rez consider\u00f3 insuficiente la renuncia de Pedro Ch\u00e1varry\u00a0 y dijo que tambi\u00e9n debe dejar el cargo de fiscal supremo.
