{"id":36424,"date":"2018-11-01T12:15:43","date_gmt":"2018-11-01T17:15:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=36424"},"modified":"2018-11-01T12:15:43","modified_gmt":"2018-11-01T17:15:43","slug":"pleno-del-congreso-debatira-informe-lava-jato-este-lunes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2018\/11\/01\/pleno-del-congreso-debatira-informe-lava-jato-este-lunes\/","title":{"rendered":"Pleno del Congreso debatir\u00e1 informe Lava Jato este lunes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El Congreso debatir\u00e1 este lunes 5 de noviembre el informe final elaborado por la comisi\u00f3n que investig\u00f3 las presuntas coimas de empresas constructoras brasile\u00f1as.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 01 de Noviembre 2018, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> El Pleno del Congreso debatir\u00e1 este lunes 5 de noviembre el informe final elaborado por la comisi\u00f3n que investig\u00f3 las presuntas coimas entregada a funcionarios peruanos por empresas constructoras brasile\u00f1as.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La discusi\u00f3n de este informe figura como \u00fanico tema en agenda de la sesi\u00f3n plenaria, seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 el Parlamento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Se espera que la legisladora Rosa Bartra, quien presidi\u00f3 la comisi\u00f3n investigadora, sustente ante el Pleno del Congreso el citado informe de m\u00e1s de mil folios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Posteriormente se iniciar\u00e1 el debate respectivo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Como se recuerda, el informe final de esta comisi\u00f3n investigadora fue desclasificado, seg\u00fan acord\u00f3 el Pleno del Congreso en su sesi\u00f3n del pasado 30 de octubre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La comisi\u00f3n investig\u00f3 los presuntos sobornos, coimas y d\u00e1divas recibidas presuntamente por funcionarios en relaci\u00f3n a las concesiones, obras y proyectos adjudicados a las empresas Odebrecht, Camargo Correa, OAS, Andrade Guti\u00e9rrez, Queiroz Galvao y otras.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seg\u00fan se inform\u00f3, el documento encuentra responsabilidades en los expresidentes Alejandro Toledo, Ollanta Humala y Pedro Pablo Kuczynski, pero no incluye a Alan Garcia ni a Keiko Fujimori.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Congreso debatir\u00e1 este lunes 5 de noviembre el informe final elaborado por la comisi\u00f3n que investig\u00f3 las presuntas coimas de empresas constructoras brasile\u00f1as.
