{"id":36417,"date":"2018-11-01T12:10:00","date_gmt":"2018-11-01T17:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=36417"},"modified":"2018-11-01T12:10:00","modified_gmt":"2018-11-01T17:10:00","slug":"audiencia-de-prision-preventiva-continuara-este-lunes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2018\/11\/01\/audiencia-de-prision-preventiva-continuara-este-lunes\/","title":{"rendered":"Audiencia de prisi\u00f3n preventiva continuar\u00e1 este lunes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El juez Richard Concepci\u00f3n Carhuancho inform\u00f3 que el pr\u00f3ximo lunes 5 de noviembre se reanudar\u00e1 la audiencia de prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 01 de Noviembre 2018, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> El juez Richard Concepci\u00f3n Carhuancho inform\u00f3 que el pr\u00f3ximo lunes 5 de noviembre se reanudar\u00e1 la audiencia de prisi\u00f3n preventiva contra los miembros del partido Fuerza Popular investigados en el presunto delito de lavado de activos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 el mencionado juez, la audiencia se reiniciar\u00e1 a las 9.00 horas de ese d\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tras la prisi\u00f3n preventiva dictada contra Keiko Fujimori, resta escuchar los elementos de convicci\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda respecto a seis investigados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Hasta el momento, adem\u00e1s de Fujimori, el juez ha escuchado los argumentos de la Fiscal\u00eda y de la defensa t\u00e9cnica de Pier Figari, Ana Herz, Vicente Silva Checa y de Jaime Yoshiyama.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La Fiscal\u00eda ha solicitado 36 meses de prisi\u00f3n para todos los investigados por el presunto delito de lavado de activos en agravio del Estado que habr\u00eda cometido la organizaci\u00f3n criminal liderada por Keiko Fujimori al \u00abblanquear\u00bb dinero entregado por la empresa Odebrecht para la campa\u00f1a electoral de Fuerza 2011 (hoy Fuerza Popular).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Para lavar ese dinero, organizaron cocteles y rifas ficticias, usaron aportantes falsos y recurrieron al mecanismo denominado \u00abpitufeo\u00bb, seg\u00fan la tesis del Ministerio P\u00fablico.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El juez Richard Concepci\u00f3n Carhuancho inform\u00f3 que el pr\u00f3ximo lunes 5 de noviembre se reanudar\u00e1 la audiencia de prisi\u00f3n preventiva.
