{"id":33735,"date":"2018-09-24T22:55:15","date_gmt":"2018-09-25T03:55:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=33735"},"modified":"2018-09-24T22:55:15","modified_gmt":"2018-09-25T03:55:15","slug":"sheput-espera-que-informe-contra-chavarry-se-debata-esta-semana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2018\/09\/24\/sheput-espera-que-informe-contra-chavarry-se-debata-esta-semana\/","title":{"rendered":"Sheput espera que informe contra Ch\u00e1varry se debata esta semana"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El legislador Juan Sheput (PPK) dijo esperar que la Subcomisi\u00f3n de Acusaciones Constitucionales analice el informe que recomienda la destituci\u00f3n de Pedro Ch\u00e1varry.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 24 de Setiembre 2018, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> El legislador Juan Sheput (PPK) dijo esperar que la Subcomisi\u00f3n de Acusaciones Constitucionales del Congreso analice esta semana el informe que recomienda la destituci\u00f3n del titular del Ministerio P\u00fablico, Pedro Ch\u00e1varry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seg\u00fan dijo, ello depende del presidente de la subcomisi\u00f3n, C\u00e9sar Segura, quien debe realizar la convocatoria para que este grupo se re\u00fana y analice el informe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cEspero que el congresista C\u00e9sar Segura est\u00e9 convocando a la brevedad; de hecho tiene que ser esta semana\u201d, manifest\u00f3 en declaraciones a la prensa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El informe elaborado por Juan Sheput recomienda la destituci\u00f3n de Ch\u00e1varry del cargo de fiscal de la Naci\u00f3n y su inhabilitaci\u00f3n por diez a\u00f1os al responsabilizarlo de infracciones a cuatro art\u00edculos de la Constituci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ch\u00e1varry manifest\u00f3 que dicho informe colisiona con la Constituci\u00f3n y tiene una motivaci\u00f3n subjetiva, por lo cual consider\u00f3 que debe ser archivado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sheput ratific\u00f3 los t\u00e9rminos de su informe y expres\u00f3 confianza en que lograr\u00e1 convencer a os miembros de la subcomisi\u00f3n de la necesidad de aprobarlo a fin de derivarlo al Pleno del Parlamento cuanto antes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El legislador oficialista descart\u00f3 que una eventual destituci\u00f3n de Ch\u00e1varry afecte las investigaciones iniciadas por el Ministerio P\u00fablico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seg\u00fan dijo, en caso ello ocurra, dichas investigaciones podr\u00e1n ser asumidas por otros fiscales, sin que ello afecte su desarrollo.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El legislador Juan Sheput (PPK) dijo esperar que la Subcomisi\u00f3n de Acusaciones Constitucionales analice el informe que recomienda la destituci\u00f3n de Pedro Ch\u00e1varry.
