{"id":32871,"date":"2018-09-12T23:06:41","date_gmt":"2018-09-13T04:06:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=32871"},"modified":"2018-09-12T23:06:41","modified_gmt":"2018-09-13T04:06:41","slug":"vilcatoma-nunca-me-opuse-a-que-can-se-pronuncie-sobre-chavarry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2018\/09\/12\/vilcatoma-nunca-me-opuse-a-que-can-se-pronuncie-sobre-chavarry\/","title":{"rendered":"Vilcatoma: nunca me opuse a que CAN se pronuncie sobre Ch\u00e1varry"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>La tercera vicepresidenta del Congreso, Yeni Vilcatoma, asegur\u00f3 que en ning\u00fan momento se opuso o bloque\u00f3 alg\u00fan tipo de pronunciamiento sobre el caso del fiscal de la Naci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 12 de Setiembre 2018, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> La tercera vicepresidenta del Congreso, Yeni Vilcatoma, asegur\u00f3 que en ning\u00fan momento se opuso o bloque\u00f3 alg\u00fan tipo de pronunciamiento de la Comisi\u00f3n de Alto Nivel Anticorrupci\u00f3n (CAN) sobre el caso del fiscal de la Naci\u00f3n, Pedro Ch\u00e1varry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En ese sentido, manifest\u00f3 que el presidente del Poder Judicial, V\u00edctor Prado Saldarriaga, minti\u00f3 al afirmar que bloque\u00f3 un pronunciamiento de la CAN.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seg\u00fan dijo, lo \u00fanico que hizo fue indicar que para excluir al titular del Ministerio P\u00fablico era necesaria una ley, pues los miembros de la CAN fueron designados por una ley.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cDe ninguna manera lo que dije en la reuni\u00f3n de la CAN signific\u00f3 un inter\u00e9s de bloquear absolutamente nada. No ha habido ning\u00fan tipo de oposici\u00f3n de fondo\u201d, refiri\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vilcatoma sostuvo que no estuvieron presentes todos los integrantes titulares como para votar una medida como esta, e, incluso \u201cno estaba listo el texto del pronunciamiento\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cLo que se qued\u00f3, ante tanta desorganizaci\u00f3n, es que el lunes pr\u00f3ximo se va a convocar nuevamente a la reuni\u00f3n y ya van a tener un texto elaborado del pronunciamiento y que se definan si es que lo van a expulsar al fiscal de la Naci\u00f3n o har\u00e1n solo una exhortaci\u00f3n\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por esta raz\u00f3n, la congresista de Fuerza Popular refiri\u00f3 que se est\u00e1 pretendiendo utilizar a la CAN para \u201cun inter\u00e9s particular\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La tercera vicepresidenta del Congreso, Yeni Vilcatoma, asegur\u00f3 que en ning\u00fan momento se opuso o bloque\u00f3 alg\u00fan tipo de pronunciamiento sobre el caso del fiscal de la Naci\u00f3n.
