{"id":24887,"date":"2018-04-11T00:14:24","date_gmt":"2018-04-11T05:14:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=24887"},"modified":"2018-04-11T00:14:24","modified_gmt":"2018-04-11T05:14:24","slug":"fuerza-popular-seguira-siendo-investigado-bajo-ley-de-crimen-organizado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2018\/04\/11\/fuerza-popular-seguira-siendo-investigado-bajo-ley-de-crimen-organizado\/","title":{"rendered":"Fuerza Popular seguir\u00e1 siendo investigado bajo ley de crimen organizado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El partido pol\u00edtico Fuerza Popular (antes Fuerza 2011) seguir\u00e1 siendo investigado bajo la Ley contra el Crimen Organizado, inform\u00f3 el Poder Judicial.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 10 de Abril 2018, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> El partido pol\u00edtico Fuerza Popular (antes Fuerza 2011) seguir\u00e1 siendo investigado bajo la Ley contra el Crimen Organizado, inform\u00f3 el Poder Judicial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seg\u00fan indic\u00f3 v\u00eda Twitter, la Primera Sala Penal Nacional de Apelaciones revoc\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n judicial adoptada en primera instancia sobre el plazo de la investigaci\u00f3n preliminar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bajo esa premisa, la resoluci\u00f3n judicial (aprobada por mayor\u00eda y con un voto discordante) considera que la pesquisa seguir\u00e1 bajo la Ley contra el Crimen Organizado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El fallo en primera instancia otorg\u00f3 un plazo de 20 d\u00edas al Ministerio P\u00fablico, a fin de que culmine la investigaci\u00f3n preliminar contra Fuerza Popular por supuestos aportes irregulares que habr\u00eda recibido la campa\u00f1a presidencial de Keiko Fujimori el 2011.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dicho fallo se dio en virtud de una solicitud de control de plazo planteada por la defensa de Fuerza Popular.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Lo que ha hecho la Primera Sala Penal Nacional de Apelaciones fue revocar esa disposici\u00f3n, por lo que la Fiscal\u00eda tendr\u00e1 36 meses para concluir con la investigaci\u00f3n preliminar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A la agrupaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica liderada por Keiko Fujimori se le indaga por la presunta comisi\u00f3n del delito de lavado de activos en agravio del Estado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La investigaci\u00f3n se encuentra a cargo del fiscal Jos\u00e9 Domingo P\u00e9rez.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El partido pol\u00edtico Fuerza Popular (antes Fuerza 2011) seguir\u00e1 siendo investigado bajo la Ley contra el Crimen Organizado, inform\u00f3 el Poder Judicial.
