{"id":23052,"date":"2018-02-26T01:00:06","date_gmt":"2018-02-26T06:00:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=23052"},"modified":"2018-02-26T01:00:06","modified_gmt":"2018-02-26T06:00:06","slug":"presidente-del-poder-judicial-denuncia-amenazas-contra-su-vida","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2018\/02\/26\/presidente-del-poder-judicial-denuncia-amenazas-contra-su-vida\/","title":{"rendered":"Presidente del Poder Judicial denuncia amenazas contra su vida"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El presidente del Poder Judicial (PJ), Duberl\u00ed Rodr\u00edguez, inform\u00f3 que recibi\u00f3 amenazas de muerte por impulsar las investigaciones a traficantes de tierras en Lambayeque.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 25 Febrero 2018, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> El presidente del Poder Judicial (PJ), Duberl\u00ed Rodr\u00edguez, inform\u00f3 que recibi\u00f3 amenazas de muerte por impulsar las investigaciones a traficantes de tierras en la reserva ecol\u00f3gica Chaparr\u00ed en Lambayeque.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El titular del PJ detall\u00f3 que recibi\u00f3 amenazas, a trav\u00e9s de miembros de su familia, por impulsar las pesquisas sobre las mafias que afectaron 10 mil hect\u00e1reas en la reserva de Chaparr\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Duberl\u00ed Rodr\u00edguez detall\u00f3 que el Ministerio del Interior ya le otorg\u00f3 garant\u00edas y dijo que ya se est\u00e1 investigando este hecho.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Asimismo, asegur\u00f3 que no teme intimidaciones y que no desistir\u00e1 en su labor de defender el \u00e1rea protegida en Lambayeque.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En ese sentido, el titular del Poder Judicial exhort\u00f3 a autoridades a redoblar esfuerzos para investigar delitos ambientales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00abSe est\u00e1 hiriendo de muerte a esta reserva.
