{"id":20221,"date":"2017-12-26T11:55:14","date_gmt":"2017-12-26T16:55:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=20221"},"modified":"2017-12-26T11:55:14","modified_gmt":"2017-12-26T16:55:14","slug":"fujimori-no-existen-fundamentos-para-anular-indulto-afirma-garcia-toma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2017\/12\/26\/fujimori-no-existen-fundamentos-para-anular-indulto-afirma-garcia-toma\/","title":{"rendered":"Fujimori: No existen fundamentos para anular indulto, afirma Garc\u00eda Toma"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El expresidente del Tribunal Constitucional y exministro de Justicia, V\u00edctor Garc\u00eda Toma, asegur\u00f3 que no existir\u00edan argumentos para anular el indulto humanitario a Alberto Fujimori.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 25 Diciembre 2017, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> El expresidente del Tribunal Constitucional y exministro de Justicia, V\u00edctor Garc\u00eda Toma, asegur\u00f3 que no existir\u00edan argumentos para anular el indulto humanitario a Alberto Fujimori, concedido por el jefe del Estado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seg\u00fan dijo se trata de un \u201cperd\u00f3n por razones humanitarias\u201d, por lo cual no habr\u00eda razones para dejarlo sin efecto, tanto en el \u00e1mbito nacional como internacional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Aclar\u00f3 que los pronunciamientos de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos (Corte IDH) por lo general se han realizado por indultos comunes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cLo cierto y lo real, es que formalmente, aparentemente, no existir\u00edan fundamentos para que esta decisi\u00f3n del Presidente fuera objeto de un tipo de nulidad, tanto en la interna como externa\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Asimismo, dijo que el indulto humanitario ha sido \u201csustentado\u201d por un informe m\u00e9dico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Record\u00f3 que en su momento la sentencia a Fujimori se \u201cajust\u00f3 a derecho\u201d, y fue dada en un \u201cproceso judicial ejemplar y con las garant\u00edas del debido proceso\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Alberto Fujimori fue indultado ayer por el presidente Kuczynski por razones humanitarias luego de que una junta m\u00e9dica recomendar\u00e1 otorgarle ese beneficio debido a sus problemas de salud.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El expresidente del Tribunal Constitucional y exministro de Justicia, V\u00edctor Garc\u00eda Toma, asegur\u00f3 que no existir\u00edan argumentos para anular el indulto humanitario a Alberto Fujimori.
