{"id":19836,"date":"2017-12-15T00:36:13","date_gmt":"2017-12-15T05:36:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=19836"},"modified":"2017-12-15T00:36:13","modified_gmt":"2017-12-15T05:36:13","slug":"congreso-aprueba-informe-que-recomienda-destituir-a-magistrado-del-tc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2017\/12\/15\/congreso-aprueba-informe-que-recomienda-destituir-a-magistrado-del-tc\/","title":{"rendered":"Congreso aprueba informe que recomienda destituir a magistrado del TC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La Subcomisi\u00f3n de Acusaciones Constitucionales del Congreso aprob\u00f3 el informe que recomienda sanciones a cuatro magistrados del Tribunal Constitucional (TC).<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 14 Diciembre 2017, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> La Subcomisi\u00f3n de Acusaciones Constitucionales del Congreso aprob\u00f3 por mayor\u00eda el informe que recomienda diversas sanciones a cuatro magistrados del Tribunal Constitucional (TC).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En ese sentido, aprob\u00f3 recomendar la destituci\u00f3n del magistrado Eloy Espinosa y su inhabilitaci\u00f3n por 10 a\u00f1os.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tambi\u00e9n se recomienda la suspensi\u00f3n por 30 d\u00edas de los magistrados Marianella Ledesma, Carlos Ramos y Manuel Miranda, por presunta infracci\u00f3n a la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica respecto a una sentencia emitida por el caso El Front\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El informe acusa a los magistrados del mencionado tribunal por haber modificado el fondo de la sentencia del caso El Front\u00f3n, del 14 de junio del 2013.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Antes de llegar al Pleno del Congreso, el informe final debe pasar por la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente, en la cual se puede ratificar o archivar la acusaci\u00f3n constitucional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Si la acusaci\u00f3n procede, la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente nombrar\u00e1 una subcomisi\u00f3n acusadora que se encargar\u00e1 de sustentar el informe en el Pleno del Congreso.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Subcomisi\u00f3n de Acusaciones Constitucionales del Congreso aprob\u00f3 el informe que recomienda sanciones a cuatro magistrados del Tribunal Constitucional (TC).
