{"id":15325,"date":"2017-09-03T23:31:32","date_gmt":"2017-09-04T04:31:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=15325"},"modified":"2017-09-03T23:31:32","modified_gmt":"2017-09-04T04:31:32","slug":"sentencias-del-tc-se-respetan-y-cumplen-sostiene-perez-tello","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2017\/09\/03\/sentencias-del-tc-se-respetan-y-cumplen-sostiene-perez-tello\/","title":{"rendered":"Sentencias del TC se respetan y cumplen, sostiene P\u00e9rez Tello"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La ministra de Justicia, Mar\u00eda Soledad P\u00e9rez Tello, sostuvo que las sentencias que emite el Tribunal Constitucional (TC) deben ser respetadas y cumplidas.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 03 Setiembre 2017, (ANDINA).- L<\/strong>a ministra de Justicia, Mar\u00eda Soledad P\u00e9rez Tello, sostuvo que las sentencias que emite el Tribunal Constitucional (TC) deben ser respetadas y cumplidas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cLas sentencias del Tribunal Constitucional se cumplen, eso es el estado de derecho\u201d, manifest\u00f3 la ministra en TV Per\u00fa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seg\u00fan refiri\u00f3, una persona puede discrepar y hacer cr\u00edticas en torno a los fallos, pero como Ejecutivo se ha tomado la decisi\u00f3n de evitar cr\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que no conducen a nada, y hacer que se respeten los fallos. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cEspero que el Congreso act\u00fae de la misma forma porque de lo contrario despu\u00e9s se cuestionar\u00e1n las leyes y entraremos a una din\u00e1mica que no es constructiva\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tras conocerse parte de la sentencia del TC sobre la Ley antitransfuguismo, parlamentarios como Mauricio Mulder, del Apra, han sugerido que el Congreso no est\u00e1 obligado a cumplirla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por otro lado, coincidi\u00f3 con el presidente del Poder Judicial, Duberl\u00ed Rodr\u00edguez, sobre la necesidad de evitar el abuso de habeas corpus y recursos de amparo en la justicia peruana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cEsto es una cosa que tiene que parar.
