{"id":14507,"date":"2017-08-16T01:09:49","date_gmt":"2017-08-16T06:09:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=14507"},"modified":"2017-08-16T01:09:49","modified_gmt":"2017-08-16T06:09:49","slug":"comision-acuerda-proponer-a-augusto-ferrero-como-miembro-del-tc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2017\/08\/16\/comision-acuerda-proponer-a-augusto-ferrero-como-miembro-del-tc\/","title":{"rendered":"Comisi\u00f3n acuerda proponer a Augusto Ferrero como miembro del TC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La comisi\u00f3n del Congreso encargada de seleccionar a un miembro del Tribunal Constitucional acord\u00f3 presentar al Pleno la postulaci\u00f3n del abogado Augusto Ferrero Costa.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 15 Agosto 2017, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> La comisi\u00f3n del Congreso encargada de seleccionar a un miembro del Tribunal Constitucional (TC) acord\u00f3 presentar al Pleno la postulaci\u00f3n del abogado Augusto Ferrero Costa como candidato a este organismo internacional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El acuerdo fue tomado por mayor\u00eda, seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 el Congreso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La candidatura de Augusto Ferrero recibi\u00f3 el respaldo de la bancada fujimorista de Fuerza Popular, de Peruanos por el Kambio (PPK), el Partido Aprista Peruano, Alianza por el Progreso (APP) y Acci\u00f3n Popuar (AP). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 el vocero fujimorista, Daniel Salaverry, el Pleno del Congreso se reunir\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo viernes 25 para ratificar la candidatura de Ferrero, quien reemplazar\u00eda en el cargo a \u00d3scar Urviola Hani.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tras la votaci\u00f3n, el vocero de la bancada aprista, Jorge del Castillo, calific\u00f3 a Ferrero Costa como un \u201cjurista de primer nivel\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cEs un jurista de primer nivel, es un hombre serio, respetable y de mucho prestigio.
