{"id":128541,"date":"2024-11-20T01:55:04","date_gmt":"2024-11-20T06:55:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=128541"},"modified":"2024-11-20T01:55:04","modified_gmt":"2024-11-20T06:55:04","slug":"pj-ordena-prision-preventiva-a-implicados-en-caso-los-waykis-en-la-sombra","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2024\/11\/20\/pj-ordena-prision-preventiva-a-implicados-en-caso-los-waykis-en-la-sombra\/","title":{"rendered":"PJ ordena prisi\u00f3n preventiva a implicados en Caso \u2018Los Waykis en la Sombra\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 19 Noviembre 2024, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> El Poder Judicial dispuso aplicar prisi\u00f3n preventiva por 36 meses a cuatro implicados en el Caso \u2018Los Waykis en la Sombra\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Los comprendidos en esta medida son Nicanor Boluarte, Jorge Luis Ortiz, Jorge Chingay y Zenobia Herrera.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El titular del Primer Juzgado de Investigaci\u00f3n Preparatoria Nacional, Richard Concepci\u00f3n, culmin\u00f3 esta tarde la lectura de su resoluci\u00f3n; la misma que se desarroll\u00f3 durante una audiencia realizada a lo largo de tres d\u00edas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El magistrado indic\u00f3 que en el caso del pedido de detenci\u00f3n preventiva que el Ministerio P\u00fablico ha hecho respecto a Mateo Casta\u00f1eda y Noriel Chingay, su decisi\u00f3n ser\u00e1 dada a conocer el viernes 22 de noviembre, desde las 10.00 horas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Abogado protesta<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tras darse a conocer la resoluci\u00f3n, Josep Campos, abogado de Nicanor Boluarte, cuestion\u00f3 al juez Concepci\u00f3n por emitir lo que calific\u00f3 como \u201cuna actitud inconstitucional\u201d. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, tiempo atr\u00e1s, el magistrado, durante una clase que dict\u00f3, puso a su defendido como ejemplo de corrupci\u00f3n, lo cual consider\u00f3 como un adelanto de opini\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En declaraciones a Canal N, el letrado se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el juez debi\u00f3 apartarse del proceso.
