{"id":124590,"date":"2024-09-04T00:53:31","date_gmt":"2024-09-04T05:53:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=124590"},"modified":"2024-09-04T00:53:31","modified_gmt":"2024-09-04T05:53:31","slug":"poder-judicial-y-tc-suscriben-convenio-para-mejorar-calidad-de-resoluciones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2024\/09\/04\/poder-judicial-y-tc-suscriben-convenio-para-mejorar-calidad-de-resoluciones\/","title":{"rendered":"Poder Judicial y TC suscriben convenio para mejorar calidad de resoluciones"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Poder Judicial y TC suscriben convenio para mejorar calidad de resoluciones<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 03 Setiembre 2024, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> El presidente del Poder Judicial, Javier Ar\u00e9valo Vela, y el presidente del Tribunal Constitucional, Francisco Morales Saravia, firmaron un Convenio Marco de Cooperaci\u00f3n Interinstitucional, el cual tiene como objetivo mejorar la calidad de las resoluciones emitidas por la Corte Suprema en materia tributaria y aduanera.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La ceremonia que se realiz\u00f3 en el Sal\u00f3n de Embajadores del Palacio Nacional de Justicia cont\u00f3 con la presencia de las autoridades de ambas instituciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El presidente del Tribunal Constitucional se\u00f1al\u00f3 que este es el tercer convenio que se firma con el Poder Judicial, el cual consiste en el intercambio de software con informaci\u00f3n de sentencias y resoluciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A su turno, el Presidente del Poder Judicial se\u00f1al\u00f3 que este convenio tiene importancia porque est\u00e1 relacionado con la jurisprudencia del Tribunal Constitucional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00abHoy en d\u00eda se debe contar con informaci\u00f3n de la jurisprudencia del Tribunal. Los jueces tienen la obligaci\u00f3n de conocer y tener acceso a esta jurisprudencia\u00bb, indic\u00f3 Ar\u00e9valo Vela.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00abReitero mi agradecimiento al Tribunal Constitucional por brindar informaci\u00f3n de su jurisprudencia.
