{"id":122439,"date":"2024-06-22T02:48:49","date_gmt":"2024-06-22T07:48:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=122439"},"modified":"2024-06-22T02:48:49","modified_gmt":"2024-06-22T07:48:49","slug":"tc-toque-de-queda-dispuesto-en-gobierno-de-pedro-castillo-fue-inconstitucional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2024\/06\/22\/tc-toque-de-queda-dispuesto-en-gobierno-de-pedro-castillo-fue-inconstitucional\/","title":{"rendered":"TC: toque de queda dispuesto en gobierno de Pedro Castillo fue inconstitucional"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Orden se dio el 5 de abril de 2022<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 21 de Junio 2024, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> El Tribunal Constitucional declar\u00f3 inconstitucional la declaratoria de inamovilidad social y toque de queda dispuesta por el gobierno el 5 de abril del a\u00f1o 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El mencionado organismo colegiado se pronunci\u00f3 de esta forma ante la demanda de habeas corpus que interpuso la Defensor\u00eda del Pueblo contra esta decisi\u00f3n gubernamental.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El pronunciamiento fue suscrito por unanimidad por los siete miembros del Tribunal Constitucional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En este se indica que la acci\u00f3n dispuesta por el entonces presidente Pedro Castillo resulta, adem\u00e1s de injustificada, lesiva a la libertad de tr\u00e1fico, garantizada en la Constituci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En ese sentido, los miembros del Tribunal Constitucional establecieron que el Poder Ejecutivo no debe volver a incurrir en una medida de esta \u00edndole.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Los hechos<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En la fecha mencionada, el expresidente Castillo dispuso la aplicaci\u00f3n de inamovilidad general y de un toque de queda. Sin embargo, horas despu\u00e9s de emitida dicha disposici\u00f3n, el mismo mandatario anunci\u00f3 que esta quedaba sin efecto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Todo ello se dio en medio de diversas jornadas de protesta por el alza del precio de los combustibles convocadas por gremios de transportistas en marzo de aquel a\u00f1o.
