pandemia del covid-19<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 16 de Junio 2024, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> La Procuradur\u00eda General del Estado solicit\u00f3 al fiscal de la Naci\u00f3n, Juan Carlos Villena, reabrir la investigaci\u00f3n contra el expresidente de la rep\u00fablica, Mart\u00edn Vizcarra Cornejo, por la presunta comisi\u00f3n del delito de colusi\u00f3n y, de manera alternativa, por el delito de negociaci\u00f3n incompatible en el caso de la adquisici\u00f3n de pruebas r\u00e1pidas para la covid-19<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En un comunicado, la instituci\u00f3n inform\u00f3 que con fecha 14 de junio del presente a\u00f1o pidi\u00f3 a la Fiscal\u00eda el reexamen de los actuados en virtud de 9 elementos de convicci\u00f3n en el caso de la compra de las mencionadas pruebas<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00abLa Procuradur\u00eda General del Estado reitera su compromiso en la defensa de los derechos e intereses del Estado frente a todo acto de corrupci\u00f3n\u00bb, se lee en su comunicaci\u00f3n difundida en la red social X.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a
