{"id":119683,"date":"2024-03-28T02:31:05","date_gmt":"2024-03-28T07:31:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=119683"},"modified":"2024-03-28T02:31:05","modified_gmt":"2024-03-28T07:31:05","slug":"poder-judicial-prorroga-8-meses-investigacion-a-excongresista-yesenia-ponce","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2024\/03\/28\/poder-judicial-prorroga-8-meses-investigacion-a-excongresista-yesenia-ponce\/","title":{"rendered":"Poder Judicial prorroga 8 meses investigaci\u00f3n a excongresista Yesenia Ponce"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por delito de cohecho activo gen\u00e9rico<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 27 de Marzo 2024, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> Durante ocho meses m\u00e1s se prolongar\u00e1 la investigaci\u00f3n preparatoria que el Poder Judicial efect\u00faa a la excongresista Yesenia Ponce por el presunto delito de cohecho activo gen\u00e9rico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El Juzgado Supremo de Investigaci\u00f3n Preparatoria, a cargo de Saul Pe\u00f1a, declar\u00f3 fundado el pedido hecho al respecto por el Ministerio Publico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dicha instituci\u00f3n considera que se trata de un proceso complejo; por lo cual plante\u00f3 la pr\u00f3rroga correspondiente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En ese sentido, las pesquisas en torno a este caso podr\u00e1n concluir a m\u00e1s tardar en diciembre del presente a\u00f1o, al ampliarse el plazo originalmente establecido en abril.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cohecho activo<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La fiscal\u00eda estima que Ponce -electa parlamentaria por el partido Fuerza Popular- habr\u00eda incurrido en cohecho activo en 2017, al entregar dos lapiceros de marca Montblanc avaluados en 722 mil soles, al entonces presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de \u00c9tica parlamentaria, Juan Carlos Gonzales, y al asesor de este, Marco Campos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ello se produjo en momentos en que la referida instancia del Parlamento realizaba una investigaci\u00f3n a Ponce, tras revelarse que hab\u00eda consignado en su hoja de vida tener educaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica completa, pese a que solo habr\u00eda cursado hasta el cuarto a\u00f1o de secundaria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Esto deriv\u00f3 en una denuncia constitucional en contra de la parlamentaria, que se present\u00f3 al a\u00f1o siguiente y que fue aprobada en el pleno del Congreso, pasando esta al Ministerio P\u00fablico.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por delito de cohecho activo gen\u00e9rico Lima, 27 de Marzo 2024, (ANDINA).- Durante ocho meses m\u00e1s se prolongar\u00e1 la investigaci\u00f3n preparatoria que el Poder Judicial efect\u00faa a la excongresista Yesenia Ponce por el presunto delito de cohecho activo gen\u00e9rico.
