{"id":112938,"date":"2022-03-10T20:43:27","date_gmt":"2022-03-11T01:43:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=112938"},"modified":"2022-03-10T20:43:27","modified_gmt":"2022-03-11T01:43:27","slug":"justicia-francesa-confirma-acusacion-contra-actor-gerard-depardieu-por-violacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2022\/03\/10\/justicia-francesa-confirma-acusacion-contra-actor-gerard-depardieu-por-violacion\/","title":{"rendered":"Justicia francesa confirma acusaci\u00f3n contra actor G\u00e9rard Depardieu por violaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 10 de Marzo 2022, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> La justicia francesa confirm\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n de G\u00e9rard Depardieu por \u00abviolaci\u00f3n\u00bb y \u00abagresi\u00f3n sexual\u00bb a la actriz Charlotte Arnould en agosto de 2018, unas acusaciones que el int\u00e9rprete niega, indic\u00f3 la fiscal\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00abLa c\u00e1mara de instrucci\u00f3n considera que existen, en esta fase, indicios serios o concordantes que justifican que G\u00e9rard Depardieu siga siendo investigado\u00bb, reza un comunicado del ministerio p\u00fablico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Charlotte Arnould, nacida en 1995, lo acusa de varias violaciones y agresiones sexuales que tuvieron lugar el 7 y 13 de agosto de 2018 en el domicilio parisino del popular actor de 73 a\u00f1os, un amigo de su familia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La fiscal\u00eda de Par\u00eds archiv\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n en junio de 2019, pero la actriz logr\u00f3 que una jueza de instrucci\u00f3n reabriera el caso en agosto de 2020 y en diciembre de ese a\u00f1o lo imputara por \u00abviolaci\u00f3n\u00bb y \u00abagresi\u00f3n sexual\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00abSoy inocente y no temo nada\u00bb, declar\u00f3 Depardieu a fines de febrero de 2021 al diario italiano La Repubblica, poco despu\u00e9s de que la AFP revelara su imputaci\u00f3n en Par\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Charlotte Arnould, revel\u00f3 su identidad a mediados de diciembre en Twitter. \u00ab\u00c9l trabaja mientras yo me dedico a sobrevivir.
