El Segundo Juzgado de Investigaci\u00f3n de Lima, del Poder Judicial, orden\u00f3 el impedimento de salida del pa\u00eds por 8 meses para Karelim L\u00f3pez, el empresario Samir Abudayeh y el gerente general de Petroper\u00fa, Hugo Ch\u00e1vez, entre otros, por el presunto favorecimiento en la adjudicaci\u00f3n de 280 mil barriles de Biodi\u00e9sel B100.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El juzgado declar\u00f3 fundado el requerimiento de impedimento de salida del pa\u00eds formulado por el Ministerio P\u00fablico, quienes sostuvieron que el 18 de octubre de 2021 Karelim L\u00f3pez, Samir Abudayeh y funcionarios de Petroper\u00fa se reunieron para que la compa\u00f1\u00eda de Abudayeh sea ganadora del proceso de licitaci\u00f3n del combustible di\u00e9sel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Adem\u00e1s, la fiscal\u00eda se\u00f1al\u00f3 que los gerentes investigados de Petroper\u00fa habr\u00edan modificado las bases del proceso de licitaci\u00f3n a fin que la empresa HPO S.A. gane el proceso de selecci\u00f3n para que abastezca de Biodi\u00e9sel B100 a las plantas de ventas del Callao, Conch\u00e1n y Mollendo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Asimismo, se orden\u00f3 impedimento de salida del pa\u00eds contra los ciudadanos Muslaim Abusada, Gunther Documet, Roger Liy Lion, Carlos Siles y Gregorio Saenz, por la presunta comisi\u00f3n del delito de colusi\u00f3n simple y alternativamente negociaci\u00f3n incompatible, en agravio del Estado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El Poder Judicial curs\u00f3 el oficio a la Superintendencia Nacional de Migraciones para que cumplan con la medida impuesta.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As\u00ed como para el gerente general de Petroper\u00fa, Hugo Ch\u00e1vez y otros Lima, 04 Febrero 2022, (ANDINA).&#8211;
