{"id":111436,"date":"2022-02-03T01:20:42","date_gmt":"2022-02-03T06:20:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=111436"},"modified":"2022-02-03T01:20:42","modified_gmt":"2022-02-03T06:20:42","slug":"mp-pide-impedimento-de-salida-del-pais-para-karelim-lopez-y-samir-abudayeh","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2022\/02\/03\/mp-pide-impedimento-de-salida-del-pais-para-karelim-lopez-y-samir-abudayeh\/","title":{"rendered":"MP pide impedimento de salida del pa\u00eds para Karelim L\u00f3pez y Samir Abudayeh"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">As\u00ed como para el gerente general de Petroper\u00fa, Hugo Ch\u00e1vez<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 02 Febrero 2022, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> El Ministerio P\u00fablico (MP) requiri\u00f3 al Poder Judicial el impedimento de salida del pa\u00eds, de ocho meses, para Karelim L\u00f3pez; el empresario Samir Abudayeh; y el gerente general de Petroper\u00fa, Hugo Ch\u00e1vez; investigados por el presunto delito de colusi\u00f3n simple.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La fiscal provincial titular Norah C\u00f3rdova sostuvo que el 18 de octubre de 2021 se reunieron en Palacio de Gobierno Karelim L\u00f3pez, Samir Abudayeh y funcionarios de Petroper\u00fa, para que la compa\u00f1\u00eda de Abudayeh sea ganadora del proceso de licitaci\u00f3n del combustible di\u00e9sel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Adem\u00e1s, se pide impedimento de salida del pa\u00eds para el ejecutivo de la empresa Heaven Petroleum Operators (HPO) S.A., Alberto Siles, por haber concertado, junto a Abudayeh, con funcionarios de Petroper\u00fa y favorecer a su empresa en la adquisici\u00f3n de Biodi\u00e9sel B100.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En el caso de Petroper\u00fa, la fiscal\u00eda tambi\u00e9n pide impedimento de salida del pa\u00eds para funcionarios de esta empresa estatal, quienes vienen siendo investigados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Al respecto, la fiscal se\u00f1al\u00f3 que los gerentes investigados de Petroper\u00fa habr\u00edan modificado las bases del proceso de licitaci\u00f3n a fin que la empresa HPO S.A. gane el proceso de selecci\u00f3n para que abastezca de Biodi\u00e9sel B100 a las plantas de ventas del Callao, Conch\u00e1n y Mollendo.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As\u00ed como para el gerente general de Petroper\u00fa, Hugo Ch\u00e1vez Lima, 02 Febrero 2022, (ANDINA).- El Ministerio P\u00fablico (MP) requiri\u00f3 al Poder Judicial el impedimento de salida del pa\u00eds, de ocho meses, para Karelim L\u00f3pez; el empresario Samir Abudayeh; y el gerente general de Petroper\u00fa, Hugo Ch\u00e1vez; investigados por el presunto delito de colusi\u00f3n simple.
