{"id":111319,"date":"2022-02-01T01:17:07","date_gmt":"2022-02-01T06:17:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=111319"},"modified":"2022-02-01T01:19:41","modified_gmt":"2022-02-01T06:19:41","slug":"guillermo-bermejo-absuelven-a-congresista-por-insuficiencia-de-pruebas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2022\/02\/01\/guillermo-bermejo-absuelven-a-congresista-por-insuficiencia-de-pruebas\/","title":{"rendered":"Guillermo Bermejo: absuelven a congresista por insuficiencia de pruebas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ante la presunta comisi\u00f3n del delito de afiliaci\u00f3n a organizaci\u00f3n terrorista<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 31 Enero 2022, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> La Segunda Sala Penal Superior Nacional Transitoria del Poder Judicial absolvi\u00f3 por insuficiencia de pruebas al congresista de Per\u00fa Democr\u00e1tico, Guillermo Bermejo, ante la presunta comisi\u00f3n del delito de afiliaci\u00f3n a organizaci\u00f3n terrorista en agravio del Estado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El fallo se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u201csin prueba de corroboraci\u00f3n resulta insuficiente para destruir la presunci\u00f3n de inocencia y de ese modo imponer una condena\u201d, ante la fiabilidad de las declaraciones de los colaboradores eficaces presentados contra Bermejo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cNo puede emitirse condena con solo prueba de cargo referido a declaraciones de colaboradores eficaces, sino se requiere prueba de corroboraci\u00f3n y respaldo de otros medios que refuercen el testimonio incriminatorio\u201d, agreg\u00f3 el fallo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De ese modo, el colegiado dispuso que se levanten las medidas restrictivas en contra del congresista Bermejo, se anulen sus antecedentes judiciales y se archive la causa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El colegiado de la Corte Superior Nacional de Justicia Penal Especializada est\u00e1 integrado por los jueces Andr\u00e9s Churampi, Marco Angulo y Luis Cerr\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Reacci\u00f3n ante el fallo<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ante el fallo de absoluci\u00f3n, el congresista Bermejo se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la justicia lo volvi\u00f3 a absolver y agradeci\u00f3 a todos los que confiaron en \u00e9l.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ante la presunta comisi\u00f3n del delito de afiliaci\u00f3n a organizaci\u00f3n terrorista Lima, 31 Enero 2022, (ANDINA).- La Segunda Sala Penal Superior Nacional Transitoria del Poder Judicial absolvi\u00f3 por insuficiencia de pruebas al congresista de Per\u00fa Democr\u00e1tico, Guillermo Bermejo, ante la presunta comisi\u00f3n del delito de afiliaci\u00f3n a organizaci\u00f3n terrorista en agravio del Estado.
