{"id":109152,"date":"2021-12-06T23:20:33","date_gmt":"2021-12-07T04:20:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/?p=109152"},"modified":"2021-12-06T23:20:33","modified_gmt":"2021-12-07T04:20:33","slug":"congreso-etica-aprueba-iniciar-investigacion-contra-congresista-chirinos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/index.php\/2021\/12\/06\/congreso-etica-aprueba-iniciar-investigacion-contra-congresista-chirinos\/","title":{"rendered":"Congreso: \u00c9tica aprueba iniciar investigaci\u00f3n contra congresista Chirinos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 06 Diciembre 2021, (ANDINA).<\/strong>&#8211; La Comisi\u00f3n de \u00c9tica del Congreso, en su quinta sesi\u00f3n ordinaria, aprob\u00f3 por mayor\u00eda iniciar investigaci\u00f3n de oficio contra la congresista Patricia Chirinos Venegas por haber vulnerado el c\u00f3digo de \u00e9tica parlamentario.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Espec\u00edficamente por haber agredido verbalmente al presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Pedro Castillo, en una reuni\u00f3n p\u00fablica realizada el 27 de noviembre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De otro lado, se desestim\u00f3 iniciar la investigaci\u00f3n de oficio planteada por la legisladora Ruth Luque contra el congresista Luis Cordero por haber agredido a su expareja.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Se rechaz\u00f3 el pedido entendiendo que los hechos habr\u00edan ocurrido hace 7 a\u00f1os; es decir, antes que ejerza su funci\u00f3n parlamentaria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De otro lado, se escuch\u00f3 los testimonios de testigos e involucrados en los casos que se siguen en contra de los congresistas Guido Bellido Ugarte y Jorge Flores Ancachi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El primero de los casos corresponde a la denuncia de oficio contra Bellido Ugarte en agravio de la congresista Patricia Chirinos.
