sexual<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lima, 05 Octubre 2021, (ANDINA).-<\/strong> El pleno de la Junta Nacional de Justicia (JNJ) destituy\u00f3 a Jorge Balb\u00edn Olivera, por su actuaci\u00f3n como juez superior presidente de la Sala Mixta y Sala Penal Liquidadora de la Corte Superior de Pasco, al determinar que incurrio\u0301 en falta muy grave por haber solicitado dinero a cambio de favorecer a un acusado de violaci\u00f3n sexual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El colegiado resolvi\u00f3 por unanimidad la destituci\u00f3n del magistrado, quien solicit\u00f3 12,500 soles a Eliseo Basilio, procesado por el delito de violaci\u00f3n sexual en agravio de menor de edad en el Expediente 701-2009.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En la ponencia del procedimiento disciplinario abreviado 080-2020-JNJ, a cargo del doctor Aldo V\u00e1squez, qued\u00f3 acreditado que el juez investigado recibi\u00f3 la suma requerida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Aunque finalmente al acusado se le sentenci\u00f3 en el 2017 a 30 a\u00f1os, Balb\u00edn Olivera vot\u00f3 en minor\u00eda para que se le excarcelara y absolviera.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En consecuencia, el juez investigado incurri\u00f3 en la falta muy grave contemplada en el numeral 9 del art\u00edculo 48 de la Ley de la Carrera Judicial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/elinformanteperu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Junta-Nacional-de-justicia-integrantes.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\"
